The position is responsible for aligning technological solutions with business strategies and working principally with DHS Global Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize Symphony/SAP or other supply chain ERP systems to review and interpret EDI orders (e.g., 850, 856, and other applicable EDI messages).
* Demonstrate working knowledge of systems used in the supply chain domain, including SAP, BizLink, TraceLink, SGTIN, TIBCO, and warehouse management systems.
* Work cross-functionally to drive and implement system changes required to support order fulfillment and supply chain operations.
* Support application-related issues and manage back-office escalations.
* Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of web and mobile applications.
* Manage deliverables assigned, which includes due dates, resources and time needed, etc, as a member of a project team.

Qualification & Experience:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
* Experience installing, configuring, and supporting web and mobile applications, preferably within the diagnostic medical equipment servicing, or related service or laboratory field.
* Hands-on experience supporting EDI messages and integrations of workflows with enterprise systems such as SAP and other back-office platforms.
* Experience working with warehouse or supply chain ERP systems to support product ordering, shipping, and related operations, including the ability to interpret and troubleshoot key EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 856, and similar documents) & Solid knowledge of EDI standards, specifically X12 and EDIFACT.

PRIMARY FUNCTION / PRIMARY GOALS / OBJECTIVES
The Project Manager (I) is responsible for the planning, scheduling and execution of all projects (print and digital) within Ad Agency (A3). This role works closely with their assigned account manager to help coordinate daily activities within A3 and continue to develop the ongoing relationship with their respective brand teams to keep projects on schedule, on budget and on strategy.
PROJECT/PROCESS MANAGEMENT
* Develop project schedules, allocate resources and communicate project status and schedules to all key stakeholders and ensure deliverables and key milestones are met on time and within budget
* Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and clients to review progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Capture notes and distribute recaps with action items.

We are seeking a Project Manager (Non-IT) to support Quality and Change Management activities related to product lifecycle processes. This role focuses on executing and managing Change Plans for operational or product-related changes, ensuring that all required tasks, documentation, assessments, and approvals are completed according to quality guidelines.
The position operates in a cross-functional matrix environment and will collaborate closely with teams across Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality to ensure product lifecycle changes are implemented smoothly and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Plan Management
- Serve as the Change Owner responsible for setting up and managing Change Plans related to product lifecycle activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Typical assignments include:

Minimum Job Requirements: Education Bachelor’s degree.

Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions.

The GRC's goal is to develop world class genetics and genomics research focused on finding the right therapeutic targets and helping scientists better understand not only human disease biology but also the behavior and response to our drugs in clinical trials across all therapeutic areas.
Join our innovative Genomic Technologies (GTECH) lab team, where we are at the forefront of genomic research and discovery. Our team is dedicated to advancing science through cutting-edge technologies and collaborative efforts. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sample Management and Processing Scientist (I) to support impactful reverse translation focused projects. In this role, daily responsibilities will center on supporting gDNA isolation from clinical samples across multiple therapeutic areas. The Scientist (I) will execute manual and automated workflows for high-quality nucleic acid extraction, perform rigorous quality control assessments on isolated nucleic materials, maintain detailed and accurate documentation in LIMS, and interpret and report QC data. In addition, effective cross-functional communication with researchers is essential to ensure the integrity and utility of isolated gDNA for downstream analyses. The successful candidate should have hands-on expertise with diverse nucleic acid extraction methodologies, meticulous adherence to SOPs, and a solid understanding of sample biology as it relates to clinical research. Operational excellence, attention to detail, and organizational skills will be critical to deliver reliable support for reverse translation clinical initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Adhere to department generated and company standard operating procedures for communication, lab operations, project reporting, and lab safety.
* Perform nucleic acid extraction, quality control, and interpretation of data with minimal supervision and aligned to delivery within project timelines.
