Job Overview:
To better serve the global auto industry electric vehicle trend in the United States, CATL, through its U.S.-based subsidiary, CATK, is seeking multiple dedicated and detail-oriented Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Specialists to join our quality assurance team. This role is critical in ensuring that all incoming materials and components meet our stringent quality standards, thereby supporting smooth production operations and maintaining product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chemical IQC
- Be able to independently perform detailed chemical analysis of raw materials.
- Independently operate: GC, Karl Fisher Analysis, ICP, C-S Analyzer, BET, LPS, etc.
- Perform and maintain equipment maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and document equipment issues, implementing appropriate resolutions.
- Assist in Laboratory audits, qualification, and continuous improvement of laboratory management systems.
- Complete data processing reports and non-conformance reports based on inspection requirements.
- Promote and adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Assist and track MSA and equipment calibration.
- Demonstrate the ability to conduct method analysis and reevaluate testing procedures to ensure alignment with product and process requirements.
- Participate in benchmarking activities with headquarters and suppliers to optimize inspection processes and equipment.
- Promote and maintain cross-functional and inner team collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Management, Science, Engineering, or a related field; with a preference in Chemical Engineering or Material Engineering.
- 1-3 years working experience in related field.
- Preferred Chemical, automotive, or cell manufacturing background
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills.
- Preferred Knowledge in MSA, ISO17025, and CMM 2-dimensional analysis.
- Proficient in office software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Job Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Counsel to join our growing Energy Storage Systems (ESS) business. This role goes beyond traditional legal support—it is embedded directly with Sales and Operations to accelerate revenue, streamline deal execution, and strengthen risk management throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
You will serve as a business-oriented lawyer, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales to shape smarter, faster deals, while ensuring commercial and legal risks are managed effectively. By engaging early in the deal cycle and staying engaged post-signature, you will help bridge sales and legal, driving both business growth and contract governance. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in the energy storage and/or PV industries, especially those with a track record of negotiating and/or drafting EPC and System Integration contracts.
Key Responsbilities
Deal Support & Negotiation
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex ESS sales contracts (including EPC, Supply, and Tolling agreements).
- Partner with Sales to structure commercially viable, risk-balanced deal terms that accelerate deal closure.
- Actively participate in customer-facing negotiations and internal contract approval processes.
Contract Lifecycle Management
- Serve as contract owner from negotiation through execution, deployment, and closeout.
- Track key milestones, obligations, amendments, and renewals to ensure compliance across teams.
- Conduct post-signature risk assessments and feed learnings into future negotiations.
Project & Post-Commissioning Support
- Advise Project Management on contractual interpretation, issue resolution, and change order management.
- Manage warranty obligations, service-level agreements (SLAs), and other post-installation commitments in collaboration with Service and Operations.
Process & Governance Development
- Build and refine standard templates, negotiation playbooks, and contracting processes for consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance to align escalation paths, training, and enterprise-wide risk frameworks.
- Support the evolution of contract governance as the function scales from business-embedded to enterprise-integrated.
Preferred Qualifications
- Located in Detroit or Bay Area, or a willingness to relocate (4x - 5x days per week in office)
- J.D. with admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5–8+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably in the energy, technology, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Proven ability to act as a business partner—balancing commercial goals with legal and risk considerations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment.
- Prior in-house counsel experience preferred.

General Summary:
Develop and maintain machining process parameters for all existing programs and participate in program launch activities for new programs. Participate in tool design configuration for both new and existing programs. Lead continuous improvement activities in the machining departments using a structured approach such as Six Sigma or Lean.

- Initiates tooling, process, or design changes to improve product performance, quality, or manufacturing cost.
- Demonstrates “Hands-on” techniques and a willingness to cooperatively work with machine operators, supervisors and leads to solve production problems.
- Utilizes SPC; may lead or participate in process improvement efforts.
- Actively participates in and conducts process reviews.
- Supports manufacturing cost-estimating activities.
- Interact frequently with other functional groups to coordinate technical and or documentation matters. May interact with suppliers and customers.
- Works directly with Plant employees or Supervisors to resolve equipment, process, quality, efficiency, or tooling issues.
- Supports directly or indirectly Plant MRB Disposition and Corrective Action activities.
- Reviews customer specifications and recommends changes to improve manufacturability as required.
- Works closely with Sales and Engineering to establish cost trade-offs.
- Acts as project leader on routine process or machine development efforts as required.

- Drive improvements in machine scrap reductions
- Prepare detailed plans necessary to complete work on projects, tooling or work centers for activities spanning several weeks to months.

- Must have mechanical and analytical ability, math skills, and knowledge of machining practices.
- Strong communication skills, along with blueprint reading skills and GD&T knowledge.

- Ability to plan for and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to understand and implement PPAP, FMEA and Control Plans.

Working Conditions
- The Manufacturing Engineer will reside in the office, however, will be in the plant occasionally. Must be able to adhere to conditions of the plant.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
- Must be able to move about inside the office and in the plant, access file cabinets etc.
- Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as calculator, copy machine and printer.

Position Responsibilities:
The RN Field Care Manager will be responsible for managing a case load and completing assessments with members in their home or community-based setting, as well as telephonically.
• Provides clinical support and guidance, particularly for members with medical complexity. Help develop and coordinate care plans ensuring that patients receive appropriate services to manage their health needs effectively
• Addressing barriers to health care and advocating for optimal member outcomes.
• Will review, assess, and complete medical complexity attestations and clinical oversights.
• Ensures members are receiving services in the least restrictive setting to achieve and/or maintain optimal well-being by assessing their care needs.
• Develops and modify Individual Care Plan and involve applicable members of the care team in care planning (Informal

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Clinical Nurse Specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience in health care and/or case management
• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license with no disciplinary action
• Must reside in the state of Michigan
• Ability to travel to homes and community settings for face-to-face assessments
• Experience working with the adult population, disease management.
• Knowledge of community health and social service agencies and additional community resources
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
• Ability to work with minimal supervision within the role and scope
• Ability to use a variety of electronic information applications & software programs including electronic medical records
