Role Description

The Government Affairs Coordinator is an entry-level full time position supporting the ETNR Government Affairs and Policy department, helping to implement and administer the annual advocacy goals of the association. This role is also directly responsible for coordinating all REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) fundraising initiatives, planning and executing REALTOR® Party and Government Affairs events, and managing the association’s advocacy outreach. Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities of the Government Affairs Department vary along with the region’s dynamic political environment.   • Collaborate with association members and staff to further develop ETNR’s visibility and reputation among state and local elected officials and the public

  • Maintain the Closure Log submitted for accreditation.
  • Entering all screening, FROG, and Closure information onto tracking spreadsheets submitted for accreditation.
  • Tracking all outreach and community event participation used in the accreditation process.

6. Maintains completion of required supervision, including.

  • Ensuring weekly reflective supervision.
  • Ensuring documentation and tracking information is prepared ahead of supervision for review.

7. Completes required trainings in accordance with Healthy Families America model standards, including completing.

  • 28 hours of initial Foundations for Family Support Core Training.
  • Annual Child Abuse and Neglect training.
  • Annual service population-focused training.
  • Annual McNabb Center Relias trainings, CPR and First Aid, and Handle with Care trainings.
  • 15 hours of Infant Mental Health Training annually to maintain Endorsement.

8. Achieve and maintain Infant Mental Health Endorsement through the Tennessee Association of Infant Mental Health, including.

  • If hired without an Endorsement, will submit application on Endorsement Application System, uphold Ethics Code, achieve mandatory references, and complete and submit 30 hours of required infant mental health training within first year of employment.
  • Once Endorsement is achieved or if hired with an endorsement, will maintain endorsement every year but completing and submitting 15 continuing education hours and updating the Code of Ethics review process annually.

• Executes follow-up calls with a sense of urgency
• Assist front desk personnel with patient check in/out procedures when necessary
• Obtains and accurately documents patient vital signs and weight, takes brief history, past medical, family and social history current medications, allergies and other pertinent historical information as appropriate
• Assists with patient transfers
• Assists with procedures directly supervised by the provider
• Follows documentation procedures and completes required documentation related to patient visit
• Performs timely radiology procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician
• Performs necessary quality control procedures to ensure quality exams are performed
• Prepares patients for radiologic procedures and follows established clinical and regulatory procedures in regards to patient safety and care; including proper radiation protection and shielding techniques
• Ensures that equipment is in proper working order and reports any malfunctions to the Manager or provider on duty
• Follows documentation procedures and completes required documentation related to patient visit
• Assumes responsibility for maintaining and improving diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills with the support and assistance of outside educational resources
• Responsible for maintaining current licensure and certification for the facility radiology equipment and licensure

WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?
Full-time team members work a rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule, consisting of 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. Our PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?
• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification
• AR State X-Ray License
• ARRT Certification preferred
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred

Urgent Team is looking for experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team in Greater Knoxville area.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position will perform x-ray testing including body mechanics and patient movement using knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Operates diagnostic equipment, develops film and prepares the room with the necessary equipment and supplies for the procedure, as well as perform Medical Assistant duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promptly greets patients when entering waiting area, exam room, and laboratory or x-ray room
