The Director of Investment Operations and Administration plays a pivotal role in managing the firm's investment operations from trade implementation and centralized account management to the operational systems that power the Chief Investment Office. Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CIO and investment team to operationalize investment ideas, streamline trade processes, and drive efficiency in portfolio implementation and centralized account management.
  • Lead the operational onboarding of new strategies, products, and vehicles.
  • Partner with COOs to support trade settlement, reconciliations, portfolio accounting, and performance reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness across systems and third-party providers.
  • Develop and maintain robust operational policies and procedures aligned with regulatory and fiduciary requirements.
  • Support the Investment Committee, Account Review Committee and Working Groups with documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
  • Partner with Client Service and Operations teams to ensure that key subscription and suitability documents and funding commitments are managed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Compliance and Risk to ensure data integrity, operational controls, and adherence to firm-wide governance standards.
  • Oversee investment systems, databases, and workflow tools to support portfolio management and reporting.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across investment operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across internal systems.
  • Chair the Private Wealth Advisor Council and provide administrative leadership for the CIO, Investment Research and Strategy team, and the broader investment management business.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of investment operations professionals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between the investment, finance, and compliance teams to ensure coordinated and transparent processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in investment operations or administration within an asset management, endowment, or family office environment.
  • Strong understanding of investment instruments across public and private markets, including alternative investments.
  • Proven experience managing operational infrastructure, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of portfolio accounting systems, trade workflows, and operational controls.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, integrity, and process excellence.
  • Familiarity with trading and portfolio management systems (e.g., Eclipse, Orion, Bloomberg, Morningstar and Factset); Understanding of data management, reporting, and planning systems used in Private Wealth Management; Comfort navigating technology and digital transformation initiatives.

Salary Range: $156,562.00 - $257,207.50

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Typical assignments include:

Qualifications:

GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:

  • Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
  • Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
  • Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.

If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.

GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:

  • Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
  • Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
  • Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.

The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.

There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Other Requirements:

Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.

Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.

Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

The Service Engineer will:

  • Install and maintain chemical systems, pool pumps, filters, and associated equipment.
  • Perform water chemistry tests and maintain the balance of pool systems.
  • Carry out control wiring installations for pool systems (no line voltage).
  • Program and startup pools, pumps, filters, and accessory equipment.
  • Provide warranty and service requests after project turnover.
  • Perform basic cleaning of pools prior to turnover.
  • Work with PVC plumbing and chemical tubing installations.
  • Liaise with customers and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Service Engineer / Pool Systems Engineer Requirements

  • Previous pool construction and/or service experience is required.

This is an onsite leadership role responsible for overseeing biomedical engineering operations, ensuring critical medical devices remain safe, compliant, and fully operational to support patient care.

This position will supervise biomedical equipment technicians and engineers while collaborating closely with clinical staff, hospital leadership, and vendors to maintain high standards for equipment performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in hospital-based biomedical equipment maintenance, medical device troubleshooting, and team leadership within a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMETs) and Biomedical Engineers responsible for hospital equipment maintenance and support

• Oversee preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration programs for a wide range of medical devices and clinical equipment

• Troubleshoot complex issues involving diagnostic, therapeutic, and patient monitoring equipment

• Ensure all equipment maintenance activities meet hospital regulatory requirements and accreditation standards including Joint Commission and FDA guidelines

• Develop and manage equipment lifecycle planning, including replacement strategy and capital equipment upgrades

• Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure equipment availability and minimize disruption to patient care

• Manage relationships with OEM vendors and third-party service providers for specialized repairs and service contracts

• Implement reliability improvements and maintenance best practices to increase equipment uptime and operational efficiency

• Maintain accurate records and documentation within CMMS / biomedical asset management systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience within a hospital or healthcare system

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing biomedical technicians or engineers

• Strong expertise in medical device troubleshooting, maintenance, and preventive service programs

• Experience supporting equipment such as patient monitors, imaging systems, infusion pumps, anesthesia machines, ventilators, and diagnostic equipment

• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards, FDA regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements

• Experience using CMMS or biomedical equipment management systems

Preferred Experience
