Assist in the development of new products, product modifications, and testing of existing products to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred (HVAC, Engineering, or related field is a plus).

5+ years of field-based HVAC experience, including installation, service, controls, customer interactions, and quoting.

Experience with VRF systems, lab testing, or related product testing is a plus.

Strong understanding of HVAC applications, system design, and utilization techniques.

Proficient in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and contract documents.

Solid knowledge of construction processes, HVAC systems, and associated products.

High attention to detail with the ability to identify risks and problems and propose effective solutions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools like ADP.
