Summary
The Sr Business Analyst / Product Owner defines, documents, and prioritizes business needs to ensure effective delivery of high quality products and enhancements on the Salesforce platform. This role partners closely with the product owner team, the tech delivery team and business stakeholders to shape requirements, manage the backlog, and drive value-based delivery in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows).
- Act as Product Owner for one or more teams; own backlog prioritization and readiness.
- Possess clear knowledge of the Agile methodology
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and demo sessions.

Summary:
The Patient Services Representative II PSR II represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into lifedefining health decisions.
The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
The PSR II has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.

Job Summary
The Legal Operations Manager supports the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) as part of the Operations team helping drive operational excellence across the department. This role focuses on managing legal technology, process improvement, data analysis, and operational initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across OGC, particularly Legal Affairs. While this position does not include supervisory responsibilities, it requires independent judgment, initiative, and the ability to lead projects from concept through implementation.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 - Evaluate and refine existing workflows and support continuous improvement efforts; design and implement best practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and automation of legal operations.
Job Duty 2 - Plan, schedule, and provide logistical support for meetings, events, and unit initiatives; oversee arrangements, prepare and distribute related materials, and ensure seamless execution of program and project activities.

Job Summary
Serving within the Research Faculty of the Institute, this position directly supports the extension, service, and economic development missions of Georgia Tech to the State of Georgia and beyond. Primarily this position provides entrepreneurial incubation and acceleration services to ATDC (Advanced Technology Development Center) member companies in strategic areas that foster development and encourage their growth. Georgia Tech EIRs (Entrepreneur-In-Residence) are comprised of seasoned entrepreneurs and/or angel investors with successful business backgrounds in order to help guide ATDC companies through high growth/funding stages. Incumbents in this role must possess recent early-stage startup experience serving in a leadership role as a startup founder, CEO, CFO, etc.

About the School of Arts, Entertainment, and Creative Technologies at the Georgia Institute of Technology
The School of Arts, Entertainment, and Creative Technologies was created in fall 2025 to further position Georgia Tech as an international leader in research, education, and community and industry engagement at the intersection of arts, technology, and design. Housed within Georgia Tech's College of Design, the school's pedagogical approach integrates artistic foundations, technical innovation, and creative entrepreneurship. The school leverages Georgia Tech's existing strengths in areas ranging from artificial intelligence and student startups to digital media and music technology, adopts the culture of practice-based studio pedagogy in the College of Design, and builds sustained partnerships with creative studios, technology providers, startup companies, nonprofits, and artists-in-residence taking advantage of Atlanta's thriving creative ecosystem.
The school will begin offering a B.S. in Arts, Entertainment, and Creative Technologies in Fall 2026. Through the degree, the School seeks to develop the next generation of leaders that will guide the transformation of creative practices by emerging technologies, as we also support the workforce needs and continued growth of the creative economy in Georgia.

During adverse weather, activities may require extensive after hours work or callback. This job may require wearing a full-face respirator in accordance with Georgia Tech campus policies and procedures. This job will require some evening hours and hours during peak times, as well as being a part of an on-duty rotation.
