What will you do?

  • Set up and break down catering events according to provided instructions.
  • Transport food, beverage, equipment, and supplies from the warehouse to event locations 
  • Follow and monitor food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage, handling, labeling, and temperature controls for food and beverage items.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of all warehouse and storage areas, including equipment, shelving, and workspaces.
  • Clean, inspect, and properly store buffets and service equipment after each event.
  • Maintain inventory of linens, disposables, condiments, dry food stock, and service supplies, ensuring items are clean, in good condition, and stored correctly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking or repair needs to leadership.
  • Follow maintenance schedules and cleanliness standards for all banquet storage and function spaces.
  • Support food and beverage operations as needed while prioritizing warehouse organization and upkeep.

How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care by following established clinical protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and excellence.

  • Drive the patient care journey by implementing and evolving personalized care plans that proactively address changing clinical needs and recovery goals.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Cardiac Tele experience preferred.
  • Monday-Friday. Weekday, Weekend, and holiday call rotation. Call would be weekdays 1600-1800 and weekends Plus holiday rotation.
  • This role would be to either help run the stress tests under the supervision of the Cardiologist or to help setup and run the treadmill pathways for the testing. 
  • ACLS preferred

How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Titrate high-alert vasoactive drips and manage invasive monitoring like arterial and central lines.
  • Manage complex mechanical ventilation, including troubleshooting, ABG analysis, and weaning protocols.
  • Operate life-sustaining equipment such as CRRT, Impella, and IABP for multi-organ failure.
  • Lead Rapid Response and Code Blue interventions using expert-level ACLS/BLS protocols.
What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
