• Medical Lead / Leadership Role: We are seeking an experienced veterinarian interested in stepping into a Medical Lead (Lead DVM) role. • Layout Specifics: AAHA-accredited, full-service hospital featuring multiple exam rooms, treatment areas, surgical and dental suites, in-house laboratory, digital radiology, in-house pharmacy, and infrastructure designed to support both scheduled appointments and urgent/emergency cases - allowing the Medical Lead to practice and guide full-scope medicine.
• Collaborative Leadership Environment: The Medical Lead will work in close partnership with hospital management and regional clinical leadership to support medical quality, mentorship, and team engagement. The new Food Safety Director will be based in Southeast Wisconsin and will manage a team within Food Safety, Quality and Sanitation. The Food Safety Director is responsible for overseeing the QA team and FSQA team, delegating tasks, and reviewing the schedule, identifying and resolving quality issues with operations and working with management. - Can develop and maintain operational quality standards, batch sheets and specification sheets (SOPs).
- Can create, review and approve finished product labels.
- Assist FSQA Managers in the implementation new policies and procedures.
- Review environmental swabs and ATP swabs results and take corrective action, as needed. Trend results.
- Maintain a clear understanding of customer requirements. Can provide support in completing customer questionnaires.
- Adhere to all regulatory rules and regulations, ensuring that food safety and product performance standards are met.
- Handle quality assurance issues on production floor as they arise.
- Back up for FSQA Managers and QA Supervisor.
- Create a positive working environment for all associates: one that supports continuance improvement, reinforces company philosophy and policies, and ensures that every individual is treated with respect.
- Provide independent oversight of processes, verifying compliance to company standards and policies, and effectively communicating when there are deviations from standards or processes.
Requirements:
Preferably have at least 5 years of food safety and quality experience ideally in a fresh food/refrigerated manufacturing environment. Produce experience is needed. SQF2 is required.
- Preferably have knowledge of FDA, USDA and implementing Food Safety Systems.
- Preferably have experience with 3rd party food safety audits.
- Food Safety Skills: GFSI, SQF, GMP’s, HACCP, CCP.
- Be a team player maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.

What will you do?
- Assist department supervisors in maintaining inventory and delivering product orders to various places.
- Ensure proper HACCP food monitoring process documentation when receiving and storing food products.
- Deliver food, beverage, and other products throughout the venue, in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas in accordance with company regulations.
- Report all needed repairs to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What will you do?
- Assign duties to scheduled staff.
- Perform some service tasks, such as assisting guests, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and cashier duties when necessary.
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
- Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety.
- Assist Manager with staff training and compliance.
- Monitor daily and hourly cleaning.
- Ensures proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift.
- Ensure associates are kept informed of any changes in policies or events.
- Other duties as assigned.
More about you
- At least two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, and eager to be challenged and initiate projects and opportunities.
- Must be able to implement rules and direct staff.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service and employee relations skills.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to obtain a Milwaukee Bartending License.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Physical requirements
- Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift.
- Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at the waist, bending, and squatting.
- Pushing and pulling occasionally, to move equipment, stock, mops, and brooms.
- Exposed to outdoors and variable temperatures.

What will you do?
- Set up beverages and snacks. Prep condiments.
- Coordinate with Chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of food.
- Runs food and beverage orders from the kitchen out to guests in the seats.
- Ensure guest satisfaction upon receipt of their order.
- Verify IDs when serving alcohol/ follow alcohol service guidelines.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations; be able to identify menu items and ingredients by appearance.
- Maintain kitchen and suites cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Assist with stocking and counting inventory.
More about you
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with staff and guests.
- At least 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform opening, mid and closing duties as outlined by management.
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to maneuver between seats and around the concourse to deliver food to guests.
- Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up.
- Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs.
- Ability to work in variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment.
