This role involves working 8a-7p shifts, providing essential urgent care and family medicine services, with some limited occupational medicine duties. The successful candidate will manage a variety of patient cases typical in an urgent care setting.Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide urgent care services for common conditions such as scrapes, burns, and lacerations
- Diagnose and treat cold, cough, flu, COVID-19 symptoms, and strep throat
- Address sinus infections, earaches, and allergies
- Manage sprains, strains, minor fractures, and sports injuries
- Treat minor burns, cuts, lacerations, and perform foreign body removal
- Evaluate and treat skin rashes, insect bites, and minor infections
