Job Description

MRI Inc. is seeking a Electrical Construction Coordinator II, III & IIII to support construction coordination efforts in Taylor, Tx. This role assists in managing construction scopes, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with our client's standards and operational protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating electrical construction activities across trades and subcontractors.
• Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and resource planning.
• Monitor site logistics, safety procedures, and access control measures.
• Review construction documents, request for information and submittals under supervision.
• Help resolve field-level issues and communicate concerns to senior coordinators.
• Participate in commissioning support, punch list tracking, and system turnover.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or related field.
• 4-10+ years of experience in electrical construction coordination, preferably in industrial or high-tech environments.
• Understanding of project workflows, cleanroom protocols, and construction systems.
• Experience with MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar project management tools.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred

Aecon Allegiant is currently seeking Project Coordinator (Intern or Full-Time) candidates to support our team on the Samsung Semiconductor Facility in Taylor, Texas - one of the most advanced and high profile construction projects in the United States. We are interested in candidates with strong technical skills, data management abilities, and engineering or construction experience.

We are looking for a detail oriented, digitally driven Project Coordinator who excels in fast paced, data-centric environments. The role focuses heavily on building advanced Excel/database-style tracking tools, assisting with cost and quantity management, and supporting workflow automation. What You'll Do Here:

• Technical Data Systems: Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based databases, dashboards, and automated tracking tools.
• Cost Control & Documentation: Track budgets, maintain cost logs, compare actuals, and support invoice/PO processing.
• Scheduling Support: Assist in monitoring and updating project schedules using available scheduling tools (excluding Microsoft Project), with emphasis on identifying conflicts and communicating impacts.
• Field–office Coordination: Act as a communication link between field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely information flow.
• Reporting: Prepare daily logs, weekly progress summaries, and monthly financial reports for project leadership.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Excel (High Proficiency): Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, nested formulas, conditional logic, and large-data handling.
• Scheduling Tools: Experience supporting schedules; Primavera P6 familiarity is an asset.
• Document Tools: Strong proficiency with Bluebeam Revu for drawing markups and reviews.
• Construction Processes: Understanding of RFIs, submittals, drawings, and construction sequencing.
• Preferred additional skills: Power BI, Python or VBA scripting, SQL/database experience, and Engineering or construction experience encouraged

What you'll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in TX, obtained before your One Medical start date

Our biotech client is seeking a Communications Project Manager to support Corporate Communications and R&D Communications in a part-time freelance capacity.

This is an ongoing 20 hours/week role with an expected duration of 6 months, with potential to extend. This position is fully remote and you will be reporting directly to the VP, Enterprise Communications.

The Communications Project Manager will serve as an operational and organizational engine for two fast-moving communications teams. This role ensures projects progress on schedule, leadership receives accurate and timely reporting, and executive-ready materials are consistently delivered. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, experienced in cross-functional communications, and comfortable working directly with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Compile weekly project updates for the VP to support executive staff meeting discussions.
• Prepare and maintain monthly team reports for Corporate Communications and R&D Communications.
• Build quarterly business reviews (QBRs), consolidating inputs from multiple workstreams into executive-ready presentations.
• Create and update executive briefing books (1-2 per week), synthesizing complex information into clear, strategic narratives.
• Attend weekly team meetings (Wednesdays at 10 AM PST and Thursdays at 11 AM PST), maintaining agendas, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring all commitments are completed.
