Job Requirements And Duties

Qualifications
General job duties for all store team members
Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Work Conditions
Exposure to
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Requirements including, but not limited to the following:
Standing
Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking
For short distances for short durations. Surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48.
Sitting
Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
Lifting
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high.
Carrying
Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24- 30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

Basic Function and Scope of Responsibility:
The Specimen Receiving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the specimen receiving area, ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming specimens. A donated egg may also be used with the surrogate in the event a woman cannot produce her own eggs or her uterus is not intact or insufficient to carry a pregnancy. In either case, the husband's sperm, if viable, may be used.
Using an egg donor unrelated to the surrogate carrier eliminates any biological tie. The egg of the surrogate is never used as part of the assisted reproduction process, so that a surrogate is never in the position of delivering her own biological child.
The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. Position Summary
The Life Insurance Telephone Interviewer is responsible for conducting outbound telephone interviews with life insurance applicants on behalf of multiple client companies. This role involves collecting accurate medical, financial, occupational, and avocation information while ensuring compliance, quality, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants to complete required interviews or leave professional voicemail messages requesting a return call.
Conduct detailed medical, financial, occupational, and avocation interviews in a clear and professional manner.
Review, verify, and edit collected information in real time to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
Utilize call management and telephony systems, including C4, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System, to place calls and document outcomes.
Log call attempts, record interview results, and document order details accurately and thoroughly.
Learn and adhere to the specific underwriting and interview requirements of multiple client companies.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from applicants, clients, staff, and management.
Follow all compliance, confidentiality, and safety policies as outlined in the Safety Manual and other training materials.
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs and customer requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a call-based environment.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in call centers, insurance, medical interviews, or customer service.
Familiarity with call management or CRM systems.
Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Description
THE POSITION:
As a Global Support Specialist l, you will be using your technical and customer service skills to deliver technical support services. We'll rely on you to keep staffers and our business running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for our service requesters and the face of IT. You'll be using your multi-tasking expertise to provide superior customer service support for desktop, laptop and mobile device issues. You will be relied upon to provide level one issue resolution, service call creation and issue classification.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Performing entry level IT tasks which includes password resets, basic system configuration troubleshooting, and initial application access or performance analysis.
- Routing incoming incident and service requests to the appropriate support group
- Maintaining accurate and timely records in issues tracking system
- Maintaining service desk knowledgebase support documentation
- Participating in professional development and team improvement initiative

Expectations Of The Job
- Individual will be expected to analyze end user hardware, operating system and business application issues
- Communicate professionally and effectively with users to understand issues and propose solutions
- Effectively manage service desk workload to meet publishing business SLAs
- Regularly attend team meetings and provide content relating to current project status and knowledge transfer activities
- Must have the ability to address system issues both on and off hours.
An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the expectations listed above.
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Minimum of 1-year technical support experience with superior customer service supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices and related applications within an ITSM service desk system
- Knowledge of Windows Server environment, Windows desktop, terminal server/thin client deployment, hardware troubleshooting, network security, network administration and phone systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office applications
- Knowledge of Apple IOS and OSX environments
- Experience using an IT Service Desk platform, preferably Service Now.
- Knowledge of network connectivity, protocols and security devices to include VPN troubleshooting
- Ability to be on-call for critical off-hours support
- Experience in the life science or health industry is a plus

The Senior Boiler Controls Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing and tuning boilers in the field. This position also requires some mechanical work across a variety of systems such as pumps, valves and piping.

Signing Bonus Details (if applicable):
- Qualified Tech candidates with 1-5 years of relevant boiler experience will receive a $2500 signing bonus! ($1500 paid upon hire, and $1000 paid after 90 days)

Essential functions:
- Troubleshoot, repair and upgrade Industrial boiler controls sensors and field devices.

Basic Requirements:
Education:
