JOB PURPOSE
The Assistant Manager, Fleet Strategy supports the growth and scalability of Honda and Acura’s Fleet and Mobility business by leading strategic initiatives, analytics, and process improvements. This role develops data driven insights, implements new systems, and creates scalable workflows to support future expansion while optimizing incentive analysis and strategies that maximize revenue and operating profit. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategy and Analytics
• Lead analysis of fleet and retail sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
• Lead analysis of fleet wholesale residual value trends for AHM and competitor products to support pricing strategies
• Support incentive strategy and product mix planning
• Develop sales forecasts, incentive strategies, and performance dashboards
• Manage special project pricing analysis for acquisition, logistics, and de-fleeting activities

Process Improvement and Systems
• Lead process documentation and standardization to support scalability• Partner with IT and business teams to implement CRM, Order Management Systems, and automation tools

Cross Functional Collaboration

Minimum Educational Qualifications

Minimum Experience

The Unit Lead plays a critical role in advancing Honda’s 2050 vision of net zero CO₂ emissions, 100% utilization of carbonfree energy, and 100% use of sustainable materials by forging strategic partnerships and alliances that drive growth, innovation, and value creation. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead or support multiple partnership projects by managing scope, prioritizing daily tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Oversee escalation processes and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to guarantee smooth execution.
  • Develop structured frameworks for partnership intake, evaluation, and approval to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with business priorities. QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance or equivalent work experience.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships or finance. Proven track record in partnership management or business development, preferably within the automotive or tech industries.
  • 3 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and leading a project team.
  • Experience in developing partnership channels, working cross functionaly with legal, finance, and marketing.
  • Knowledge in energy management related to V2X, V1G, Hydrogen, Battery Life Cycle or related to Electric Vehicles and/or Sustainability areas.
  • Experience with complex project development.
  • Strong negotiations and contract management skills.

Automation and Controls Engineer

The Automation and Controls Engineer will design, build, and commission robust manufacturing systems for production of hypersonic-flight components.


Success requires a practical application of engineering principles to design, build, test, and commission process hardware, integrate new technologies into our production line, and integrate process equipment and technologies within our production line. We are seeking a hands-on problem solver with strong expertise in electro-mechanical system design and automation systems, as well as experience working with machinery and production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, customize, and test hardware and control systems for integration into composite manufacturing equipment balancing process requirements, cost and leadtime considerations.
  • Partner with mechanical, materials, and manufacturing engineering teams to align on hardware requirements and design solutions.
  • Mature manufacturing processes via the implementation of process control systems and procedures to ensure production consistency and reliability.

Behavioral Health Services provides comprehensive mental health services, including individual and group therapy for at-risk children and their families.

The Billing Operations Coordinator will oversee the daily functions of the billing staff.

The Billing Operations Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Billing Director to ensure that all business office functions of ChildNet’s mental health contract requirements are met effectively and in a timely manner.

Example of Billing Operations Coordinator job responsibilities: Provide day-to-day oversight, guidance, and support to all Billing Operations staff in accordance with established procedures and under the direction of management.

Participate in training, coaching, and counseling of supervised employees and provide input and recommendations to management, in compliance with agency standards.
