This position will support the maintenance and operation of our client's mapping and GIS application by maintaining, reporting, and posting work or by gathering data to be inputted.

Essentially, the GIS Tech receives jobs (work orders) that are sent in from designers and engineers.

The work orders contain a multitude of information such as prints, customer information, and the details on all the facilities that were installed in that particular job.

After reviewing the information associated with the job, the technician captures the design in the client's GIS Software.

The GIS Software we use is called SmallWorld, which is similar to ArcGIS in the sense that it is still a mapping system, but the interface itself is slightly different.

Smallworld GIS is a geospatial platform that is used to model complex networks, manage data quality, design and record network assets.

We provide all new hires training to learn SmallWorld since it is not widely known.

On a day to day, the GIS tech is responsible for completing a set of jobs that meet the client's quota.

A new GIS tech always begins on the simplest form of work and as they develop their skills they will progressively be given more difficult work types.

The tech will primarily be working independently but should be comfortable collaborating with team members with group projects and to stay up to date on any standards changes made by the client.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor Degree
- geography, mapping, GIS, only w/ no relevant experience
- OR AA with 2 years of relevant experience
- OR no degree with 4 years of relevant experience
- Related courses or work experience to GIS, geography, photography, mapping, etc.

Shift: 3 options: M-F 8-5, Sun-Thurs 7-4, Tues-Sat 10-6:30

Must Haves:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in Health Information management, medical records or healthcare administration, including Release of Information (ROI) or document imaging with a strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Day-to-Day:

The Health Information Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day processing, maintenance, and protection of patient health information. This role supports the Health Information Management (HIM) department by ensuring medical records are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with HIPAA regulations while delivering high-volume patient support and administrative services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance, processing Release of Information (ROI) requests, audits, amendments, and quality assurance reviews
• Support high-volume patient interactions, assisting a team managing 80–100 patient calls per day, along with general HIM reception and transcription
• Process birth certificates for 20–30 newborns per day and assist with emergency assistance program processing, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance

Must Haves:

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday experience with direct system configuration responsibility (not end‑user or functional HR use only)
• Hands‑on experience supporting and/or configuring Workday Talent (Performance, Goals, Succession) and/or Learning (LMS)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical Workday solutions
• Experience supporting the development, configuration, or training side of HR systems
• Strong understanding of Workday data, reporting, and troubleshooting fundamentals

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter resource for Workday Talent and Learning (LMS) modules
• Configure and maintain Talent and Learning functionality, including:
