How You'll Contribute:



Under general supervision, the Field Engineer will commission AV systems at client sites to provide the optimal performance according to the scope and design intent. Responsible for drawing redlines, network coordination, and communication with the project team.

What will you be doing?





  • Commission AV systems at client sites by optimizing settings in the equipment to ensure the system is operating as designed according to scope and drawings, documenting any changes via redlines returned to the PM and DE, and completing the project quality checklist.

  • Work to pre-commission sales in the office.

  • Communicate status to stakeholders on a regular basis.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues by tracing signal flow and engaging the appropriate parties to assist in resolving the issue.

  • Configure AV network and coordinate client network.

  • Create and modify DSP files for typical systems with an emphasis on AEC optimization for videoconferencing and coordinating control objects with programmer.

  • Contributes lessons learned feedback to the install, design, and pre-sales engineering teams to constantly improve system designs, product selection, and implementation.

  • Archive configuration and programming files with appropriate labeling to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the service team.

  • Maintain and grow certifications and technical knowledge.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn how products move from purchase order to warehouse to customer—and who wants hands-on exposure across logistics, operations, purchasing, and marketing.


You'll play a key role in supporting bed and bedding logistics, coordinating warehouse activities, managing data and documentation, and collaborating with multiple teams across the business. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role with real opportunity to grow into more senior logistics or operations positions.

Responsibilities

Logistics & Data Support

  • Enter and maintain shipment, order, and inventory data in internal systems with high accuracy
  • Assist with tracking inbound and outbound shipments and delivery timelines across multiple carriers
  • Support documentation for domestic and international shipments
  • Help monitor logistics issues and escalate delays or discrepancies as needed
  • Maintain organized records related to shipping, receiving, and inventory operations


Warehouse & Operations Coordination

  • Assist in setting up projects for picking, packing, and shipping within the warehouse
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time
  • Support basic scheduling for inbound and outbound shipments
  • Help maintain organized records related to warehouse operations and logistics workflows
  • Ensure smooth daily execution of warehouse and fulfillment operations


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the purchasing team to support inbound product flow and inventory needs
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth daily execution
  • Partner with the marketing and creative team on product launches, samples, and timelines
  • Communicate clearly across teams to keep projects moving forward
  • Support coordination between operations, logistics, purchasing, and brand teams


Process & Improvement Support

  • Help document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Support reporting related to logistics, inventory, and operations performance
  • Take on special projects that expose you to different parts of the business
  • Contribute ideas for streamlining workflows and reducing manual work

Qualifications

Core Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
  • Comfortable with basic data entry and working in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience, systems comfort, and ownership demonstrated)

What you’ll Do

As Social Media Manager you will play a critical role in amplifying Doceree’s marketing efforts across LinkedIn (primary focus), Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). This role will develop and execute channel-wise promotion strategies for ongoing campaigns and larger marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and lead generation. Paid Social & Lead Generation:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize boosted posts and paid campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads, especially on LinkedIn.


Performance Optimization:

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on B2B brands.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn advertising, including lead-gen campaigns, audience segmentation, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in boosting posts and running paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to craft platform-specific strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
