This employee functions as a family medicine physician and operates a family medicine clinic owned by WMC. In addition to their duties within that hospital owned medical practice, the physician also has other clinical and administrative duties within the hospital.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for all administrative functions, including Operations, Finance, Managed Care/Third-Party Contracting, Physician Liaison and other medical and business management duties as assigned. Oversees management of Physician Practice.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Formal Education / Training:
Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Workplace Experience:
At least five years in managing physician practice, billing/collections, administrative duties. Demonstrate leadership, managerial ability and good interpersonal skills.

Equipment and Skills Training:
Strong Computer Skills, Communication and Presentation Skills required. Demonstrated ability to self-direct, meet deadline and support Physician Groups.

Physical Environment:
Physician and Clinical setting/environment.

Physical Effort:
Requires the ability to communicate proficiently; oral and written. Requires prolonged standing and working up to twelve hours if needed. Requires the ability to lift minimal amounts (20-25 lbs).

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
  1. Manages physician Billing and Collections and ensures accounts are handled promptly
  2. Coordinates financial and budget reporting for physician practices
  3. Oversees HR duties for practices to include employment, employee relations and terminations under the direction of Human Resources
  4. Responsible for all Managed Care/Third Party contracts for practices.
  5. Participates in Policy Development for Physician Practices and/or Unit Specific Policies
  6. Responsible for ensuring all Credential and License are current along with support from appropriate hospital departments
  7. Maintaining office equipment/medical equipment, maintenance agreements.
  8. Responsible for all staff evaluations to be completed and submitted on time (with support of Physicians or designees) according to JCAHO and WH standards.
  9. Respond to patient complaints in a timely manner.
  10. Conduct departmental meetings as needed for hospital updates, policy changes, etc.
  11. Work with WH Administration on business development of current and/or future Physician Practices.

Thompson Industrial , powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a Class A or B CDL Driver to join their safety conscious team! The Class A or B CDL Driver is responsible for operation of equipment including, but not limited to Roll Off Trailers and Dry Vans, including physical labor duties. Your responsibility will be to manage customer environmental program by picking up waste at customer facilities and transporting to a Thompson Industrial location or other disposal site. The Class A or B CDL Driver serves as a primary customer contact for environmental/hazardous waste.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as safety representative responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer, including hands-on information regarding operations, safety, equipment, emergency response and administrative functions.
  • Hands-on operation vacuum equipment and hydroblasting equipment.
  • Operation of special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
  • Operate equipment by energizing the pumping equipment and/or any specialized hydroblasting and/or chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment being used on the job.
  • May be required to examine surface cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job.
  • Perform any and all duties associated with liquid vacs, air machines and jet rodders.
  • May direct a crew of vacuum technicians.
  • May transport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations.
  • Completes pre and post trip inspections, driver’s logs and complies with all other vehicle policy and DOT requirements.
  • Loading and unloading hoses.
  • Unload vacuum truck at the dump site.
  • Provide general maintenance in the field.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs.
  • Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations.
  • Valid driver’s license, CDL Class A or B and other requirements of company’s driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business.
  • Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device.
  • Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) may be required
  • Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers.
  • Experience operating a vacuum truck.
  • Working knowledge of operating equipment used in wet and dry vacuums.
