Job DescriptionAs a retail merchandising representative you will be ensuring that a proper level of product stock is maintained and that merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf space. The SLED Account Executive for the East Coast is a high-impact role responsible for driving market share across the nation's most influential public sector corridor. This expansive territory spans the entire Atlantic seaboard, from the tech hubs of New England through the Mid-Atlantic power centers, down to the rapidly growing Southeast markets.
Success requires a sophisticated navigator of the public sector: someone who can pivot between the legacy modernization needs of the North and the rapid infrastructure scaling of the South. You will lead the charge in positioning our solutions as the backbone for \"Whole of State\" cybersecurity and seamless citizen services across a diverse landscape of state, local, and education entities.

- Presence & Travel: Maintain a consistent, visible presence across the coast, requiring frequent travel to engage with state CIOs, CISOs, and procurement leads.
Qualifications:
- Full-Spectrum SLED Expertise: Proven track record of closing complex deals using diverse state-specific contract vehicles and the formal RFP/RFQ process across multiple East Coast jurisdictions.
- Funding Fluidity: Expert at identifying and capturing diverse funding streams, including state general funds, IIJA/SLTT federal grants, and university research budgets.
- Multi-State Political Acumen: Ability to adapt sales strategies to the distinct legislative cycles, governance structures, and political climates found from the Northeast to the Deep South.
- Academic Sector Savvy: Deep experience selling into the unique governance models of both large-scale K-12 districts and prestigious higher education systems.
- Executive Presence: Comfortable engaging with C-level public sector leadership, translating technical security value into high-level policy and mission outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: A high-energy \"owner\" of the territory who is collaborative in spirit but competitive in nature, with a relentless focus on hitting revenue and gross profit quotas.

As a Security Dispatcher at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, security, and welfare of our hospital community. Working within established guidelines, procedures, and protocols, you will provide essential administrative and dispatching support to protect Children's personnel, visitors, patients, and property. Your proactive efforts will be instrumental in delivering safe patient care and fostering a secure environment.
Experience- Minimum 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or public relations
- Some college
- Relevant professional certification in emergency dispatching or communications.
- Healthcare or emergency services experience is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No professional certifications required
- Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using personal computers and dispatching software.
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in emergency situations.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
- Centralized command post operations: Serve as the primary point for emergency communications, handling high priority calls and dispatch security personnel promptly and efficiently. Monitor and respond to a variety of alarms (fire, boiler, panic, codes, etc.) and initiate appropriate emergency protocols. Oversee CCTV surveillance, identifying and reporting unusual activities to maintain a secure environment.
- Advanced dispatching and coordination: Utilize advanced dispatching systems to deploy security officers to critical areas and document all activities accurately. Coordinate with staff and emergency services to manage incidents effectively and ensure a rapid response. Maintain comprehensive logs and records, including daily activities, incident reports, and parking citations.
- Crisis communication and support: Make clear, concise, and urgent overhead announcements during emergencies to guide personnel and visitors. Assist with emergency functions including current event monitoring, weather monitoring, and disaster support.
- Operational efficiency and maintenance: Ensure all reporting means are performed accurately and timely. Maintain a clean, organized area.
