Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our company's mission and business objectives.

Promote an engaging company culture that values diversity, fosters innovation, and drives performance.

Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Ensure compliance with all AAP, EEO, VETS, immigration, and 1099 regulations.

Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to reflect current laws and best practices.

Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Oversee compensation, training, and career pathing programs to support employee development and retention.

Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering an environment of growth and development.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Strong knowledge of AAP, EEO, VETS, immigration, and 1099 compliance.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems.

Strong understanding of compensation, training, and career pathing strategies.

Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
