Job Title: Exposure Management North America Commercial Property (NACP) Lead Analyst
Division: Exposure Management, General Management
Reports To: Exposure Management Property Risks Lead
Key Relationships: Exposure Management, NACP Underwriters, Property Underwriting and Claims Operations (UCO), IT, other support functions.
Job Summary: To provide managerial support to the Property Risks Exposure Management North America Commercial Property (NACP) Catastrophe and Exposure Analysts for Catastrophe Modelling Quoting, Bound risk entry and monthly portfolio roundup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day management for NACP Catastrophe and Exposure Analysts, including performance management, training and development.
- Ensure data quality for NACP, through formal entry Quality Control process and monthly Quality Control checks.
- Ensure consistency between data in the underwriting system and Exposure Management data.
- Ensure monthly entry/reporting deadlines for NACP Catastrophe Modelling are met.
- Ensure NACP quotes are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development of Exposure Management NACP workflows for quoting and bound risks
- Responsible for monitoring external data cleansing service provider usage.
- Provide support for Exposure Management NACP monthly modelling process.
- Production of regular and ad hoc management information for presentation or distribution to the NACP team.
- Support the underwriting risk assessment process.
- Provide data to underwriters to assist in portfolio optimisation.
Other responsibilities:
- Prepare and provide statistics and information in order to serve the requirements of underwriters and clients.
- Respond to client queries in an accurate and timely fashion to develop the brand image of Beazley.
- Liaise with external data input clerks and respective underwriters.
- Provide a professional service to underwriters and UCO in person, by email and on the telephone.
- Produce ad hoc reports for the underwriters and other members of staff when requested.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Moody's (RMS) modelling software
- Management experience preferred
Ability to analyse large datasets and produce actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical findings.

Overview
Overall, the Property Manager is responsible for all facets of the property(s) in his/her portfolio (approximately 735,283 sq. ft), and s/he has a responsibility to ensure the property is managed according to The RMR Group's established procedures. All staff who report to the Property Manager must follow all established guidelines, procedures, and budgets as well. The Property Manager should also have a general knowledge of all building operating systems.
Responsibilities
Building Operations:
- Maintain and develop written standard operating procedures for building operations.
- Ensure that mechanical/electrical system maintenance is being performed.
- Life Safety issues including proper training of building staff and a written record of all testing and alarm activations.
- Follow Risk Management guidelines as defined by The RMR Group's Director of Risk Management.
- Ensure that tenant services are provided according to all lease documents.
- Oversee all construction/tenant improvements (including proper documentation).
- Oversee all contracts/vendors (including proper documentation).
- Implement energy management program and monitor utility usage.
- Supervise, train and motivate building staff.
- Interface with brokerage agent.
- Work with the Area Director to establish tenant relations and retention programs that are well planned and measurable.
- Build and foster tenant relationships through frequent, in-person interactions.
- Assist Area Director with the negotiation of lease renewals, extensions and expansions, and resolve issues with existing tenants.
- Develop orderly system for lease, vendor and project files.
Tenant Construction Process:
- Coordinate all construction work and its impact on the property.
- Review and approve all construction documents and specifications.
- Attend or designate an attendee to all construction meetings.
- Monitor construction project progress including project close-out, finish dates, move-in dates, budget close-out.
- Maintain summary file to include, bids, permit, Certificate of Occupancy, correspondence.
- Maintain a full set of as-built building drawings and specifications.
- Set-up and close-out Job Cost process.
Building Management Office Procedures:
- Ensure efficient, courteous and professional day-to-day operation of the management office which includes:
- Authorization processes
- Correspondence and filing systems
- Purchase of goods and services
- General office operating procedures
- Receivables/income/expense
- Service/Maintenance requests
- Specifications and bidding process
- Tenant servicing/relations
Financial:
- Responsible for all aspects of the financial stability of the property including maintaining budgets, yields, and the following:

- Review of recurring charges/miscellaneous billings/AP approval.
- Review of rent roll for accuracy.
- Interaction with accounting.
- Monthly Asset Report/Monthly Reforecast.
- Budget preparation.
- Capital Planning and oversight of building improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree - Preferred course of study Business Administration, Real Estate or Accounting.
- Four to eight years' experience in commercial real estate.
- RPA or CPM designations a plus.
- Broker's License preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Property Management/Accounting Software (preferably Yardi and Argus Enterprise), Excel and other Windows applications.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

Pay Transparency
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is,
$83,800.00 - $142,715.00This reflects base salary.
This position is subject to incentive compensation, where the expected pre-tax Target Cash Opportunity ("TCO") for this position is based on the achieved sales and in the amount/range of,
$98,600.00 - $167,900.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and eligible geographic location.
TCO is defined as Base Salary + Target Sales Incentive (Sales Incentive eligible role only).

What we're looking for
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in customer service, inventory replenishment, or material handling
1-2 years of experience in a laboratory environment or familiarity with lab processes and procedures preferred
1-2 years of experience
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using computers
Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and other inventory management systems

In this role you will:
Glassware Washing & Laboratory Support
Perform routine washing, drying, and sterilization of laboratory glassware following established SOPs.
Inspect glassware for cleanliness, damage, or wear and remove items that do not meet quality standards.
Organize, label, and restock clean glassware to designated laboratory areas to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Maintain cleanliness of washing stations, autoclaves, drying ovens, and related equipment.
Track inventory of glassware and notify appropriate personnel of low stock or replacement needs.
PPE Cleaning & Maintenance
Collect, clean, and sanitize personal protective equipment (PPE) according to facility hygiene and safety requirements.
Inspect PPE for damage, contamination, or wear and escalate issues requiring replacement.
Ensure all cleaned PPE meets quality and safety standards prior to restocking or redistribution.
PPE Restocking & Inventory
Monitor PPE inventory levels and restock gowns, gloves, eyewear, lab coats, and other protective items across designated labs or workstations.
Maintain accurate inventory logs and communicate supply needs to procurement or site leads.
Ensure PPE stations remain organized, labeled, and accessible to laboratory personnel.
Buffer Preparation
Assist with preparing laboratory buffers and solutions following established formulations and SOPs.
Measure, mix, and label chemical components clearly and accurately.
Perform pH adjustments, verify concentrations, and maintain batch documentation.
Ensure proper storage and handling of prepared buffers to maintain stability and compliance.
Chemical Management
Support safe handling, storage, and organization of laboratory chemicals.
Track chemical inventory and assist with ordering, receiving, and restocking materials.
Maintain up-to-date SDS files and support chemical safety compliance.
Assist with waste collection, labeling, and disposal following environmental and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Assist with property and market research.

Join our tax team and play a key role in managing tax matters for one or more RMR-managed companies. Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager, you'll prepare and/or review tax compliance and calculations for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), partnerships, and corporate entities. Responsibilities
- Help manage co-source compliance arrangements including but not limited to review of various federal, state, and local and indirect tax returns and estimated tax payments across a wide spectrum of entity types.

- Prepare and/or review quarterly and annual tax calculations, including REIT compliance testing and provision for income taxes.
- Prepare and/or review tax modeling and analysis related to REIT qualifications and transactional planning.
