We are seeking a CX Experience Architect who is passionate about shaping seamless customer journeys and translating insights into impactful experiences. In this role, you will design and optimize end-to-end connected customer journeys while partnering with cross-functional teams to operationalize omnichannel orchestration and drive continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Journey Design & Experience Development
- Design end-to-end connected customer journey frameworks, mapping data, systems, and touchpoints across channels and platforms.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify friction points, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop journey maps, service blueprints, and experience flows to visualize the holistic customer experience.
Omnichannel Orchestration
- Partner with platform teams to operationalize omnichannel orchestration using tools such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and similar platforms.
- Define and implement rules for cross-channel triggers, contextual content delivery, and personalized engagement.
- Ensure seamless integration of data and systems to support real-time, adaptive customer experiences.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to establish success metrics such as NPS, CSAT, conversion rates, and journey completion.
- Use analytics, customer feedback, and experimentation (A/B testing, usability studies) to prioritize and drive improvements.
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to customer experience and journey orchestration.
Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as the experience lead within cross-functional pods or squads and participate in backlog grooming, stand-ups, critiques, and reviews.
- Align scope, risks, and sequencing with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Present experience strategies and design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Facilitate design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining customer clarity and consistency.
- Provide guidance and coaching to cross-functional partners on CX best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Experience (CX), Experience Architecture, or a related field working within cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience designing and optimizing customer journeys across digital channels.
- Proficiency in journey mapping, service blueprinting, and omnichannel orchestration platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Experience planning and interpreting usability tests and A/B testing.
- Ability to support experience decisions using data and research insights.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and approaches.

Northrop Grumman is in need of a Staff Compliance Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist to support the Propulsion Systems & Control (PS&C) business unit based in Elkton, Maryland and Missile Products (MP) business unit based in Rocket Center, West Virginia.

Job Description:
Responsible for processes and activities within Global Supply Chain related to operational performance compliance such as regulatory compliance, systems and technology, data analytics and performance, international supply chain, operational excellence and supply base diversity.
Supports the Division and Business Units in developing and implementing strategic direction and tactical execution of governance (policy, procedure, work instructions, processes, etc.), priorities, initiatives and related activities while maintaining business unit execution agility.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- To support the creation and execution of trainings related to compliance update announcement, internal surveillance, and BU PACE system findings.
- Support GSC monthly Internal Surveillance Procure to Pay Audit activities and report data back to management
- Manage ongoing support of Procurement Analysis Compliance Evaluation (PACE) process for Missile Products and PS&C BUs
- Provide support to complete required Business Unit (BU) PO File reviews
- Support for Missile Products and PS&C BUs Sarbane-Oxley (SOX) Control Point certification and compliance requirements
- Support for Missile Products and PS&C BUs activities in support of Corporate Internal Audits

Basic Qualifications:
- Must have 16 years of experience. Will also consider a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field with 12 years of experience or a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field with 10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the FAR/DFAR
- Previous government contractor procurement experience
- Able to travel 25% of the time

Salary Range: $128,500.00 - $192,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures and PET/CT procedures in adherence to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and State of Delaware Regulations and to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.
- Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as specified in NRC and state licenses. Complies with JCAHO regulations.
- Performs Nuclear Medicine and/or PET/CT procedures and quality control as defined by department protocols.
- Demonstrates complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of all contrast media injectors.
- Completes all technical assigned imaging and non-imaging procedures in the designated scheduled times.
- Performs IV, IM, subcutaneous, and intradermal injections. Performs accurate dose calculations.
- Completes transmission of optimum quality images to PACS system, able to digitize films, and know how to use a CD burner, if available.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
- One year experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities relating to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient care.
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities related to nuclear medicine and PET/CT procedures, techniques, radiation safety, quality control, and performance improvement practices, stress test monitoring, and EKG’s.
- Knowledge of and ability to abide by departmental standards, procedures, protocols, policies and guidelines.
- Knowledge of and ability to use nuclear medicine and PET/CT cameras, computers, and laboratory equipment.
- Ability to abide by local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ability to assess patient needs to determine which type of radiopharmaceutical to use and which procedure to follow, including additional images.
- Ability to utilize fundamental computer techniques on nuclear medicine and PET/CT equipment and Christiana Care Health Services Clinical Care System.
- Ability to prepare, verify, and administer all radiopharmaceuticals in a safe and effective manner.
- Ability to follow universal precautions.
- Ability to physically respond appropriately to crisis situations including CPR.
- Ability to assess a situation and call for assistance, if necessary.
- Ability to assess own knowledge and developmental needs as technology changes.
- Ability to reason, prioritize, and respond to STAT orders or fluctuations in patient schedule.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(N) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
- ARRT (CT) certification for a PET/CT technologist and obtained within 3 years of hire for a Nuclear Medicine technologist at Christiana Hospital.
- Licensed by State of Delaware Authority on Radiation Protection and/or State of Maryland.
- BLS certification.
Schedule:
- The position will primarily be day shiftt. They will have a rotation of weekend/holiday hours and on-call responsibilities.

Verifies completion of all stat results and all routine results in a timely manner.
Records workload and other statistics into computer system as necessary.
Performs assigned work safely adhering to established department safety rules and practices.

Associate degree in medical laboratory technology, or

- Supervises the provision of nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shift or unit.
- Ensures all patient care activities are completed as required.
- Assigns the appropriate nursing personnel necessary to provide care and ensures their presence.

Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position.
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Five years of nursing experience with two years recently in an inpatient hospital setting
- Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
