Position Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.
Essential Job Functions
• Responsible for the delivery and coordination of quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Continuously observes and assesses patient condition and care needs and reports changes in condition to the supervisor and/or physician as appropriate.
• Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care in a timely manner whenever care is delivered.

Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice

Additional state specific requirements:
• South Carolina – One (1) year of pediatrics experience
• California – One (1) year of experience required working under current nursing license

The position carries director-level responsibility while remaining deeply execution-focused, serving as the central point of ownership for the company’s physical brand output.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $145,000.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy.
Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and FMS policy requirements.
Ensure quality patient care while maintaining cost-effective clinical operations in accordance with all legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements and programs.
As the Charge Nurse, manages the daily decisions to ensure continuity of care to maintain patient and staff safety and oversees the delivery of safe effective quality outcomes.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide day to day guidance, support and direction to direct patient care staff, providing informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback input for the annual performance evaluation.
Participate in the department staffing and the appropriate hiring, firing and disciplinary actions.
Recommend disciplinary action to Facility Administrator and initiate as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with all company and facility approved procedures and policies as well as regulations set forth by state and federal agencies.
Approve or disapprove time or personnel schedule changes in the absence on the Facility Administrator ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures for documenting time of work hours for staff members on assigned shift.
Participate in patient care plan meetings.
Maintain knowledge in the current practices related to the principles and techniques of dialysis by participating in all scheduled in- services.
Train and orient staff as necessary.
Routinely observe and guide direct patient care staff for appropriate technique and adherence to facility policies and procedures.

Assess patient needs, respond to dialysis treatments, and communicate concerns to rounding physician.
Implement changes in patient care/treatment as directed.

Continuously monitor patient's condition with regards to problems and potential complications associated with dialysis.
Administer medications to patients per physician's orders.

Ensure educational needs of patients are met and educate the patient and family about End Stage Renal Disease, dialysis therapy, diet and medication.

Perform required testing and verification and initial the checklist for start-up and shut-down procedures as outlined in the Technical Services Manual.

EDUCATION : Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.) Must be registered and licensed to practice in the applicable State.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: Minimum of 12 months of nursing experience, plus 6 months of specialized experience providing clinical nursing care to dialysis patients, in either a chronic or acute setting.
Medical/surgical nursing preferred.
Supervisory or management experience preferred.
Certified in CPR or successfully complete course in CPR certification.
Good communication skills

Responsibilities
What you will do: (responsibilities listed are included but not limited to)
- Performs comprehensive evaluations, assessing the social, emotional and support needs of the patients and their families
- Sets measurable objectives that are formulated in conjunction with the rehab team
- Assists the physician and other health team members in understanding the significant social and emotional factors related to the patient's health problems
- Instructs/counsels' patients and families in treating and coping with social and emotional response connected with illnesses
- Participates in care coordination activities and acts as a resource to other health team members in the identification and resolution of patient needs
- Identifies and assists the patient/ and or family to utilize appropriate community resources to achieve measurable objectives
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals who have experienced a traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury or acute diagnosis
- CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
- Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods
- Additional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times

This is a part-time, on-site Spa Manager role based in Manhattan Beach, CA. The Spa Manager manages daily spa operations and leads the team on shift, while proactively planning ahead to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience and efficient flow for both clients and staff.
The role includes driving revenue through retail sales, rebookings, client retention, referrals, reviews, and thoughtful upselling, while maintaining excellent service and spa standards. The Spa Manager anticipates operational needs, manages staff schedules, prepares and organizes payroll information, maintains awareness of operational budgets, and ensures compliance with health and safety standards. Great communication, and positive, proactive, accountable leadership are essential to the role. This is not a back office position, working the floor and at front is part of daily operations.
