What You Will Be Doing

  • Design sub-systems and components for various electric drive units including wound field motor, permanent magnet motor and motor mechanical structural components.
  • Generate & revise detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings of electro-mechanical designs at a component and motor sub-system level using CATIA V6.
  • Review designs & drawings for completeness and accuracy.

  • Lead and support developmental activities of various laboratory work from assembly builds to test and validation with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to travel to suppliers and Rivian manufacturing plants to support with experimental studies, root cause identification and resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design of complex systems and components, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Formal education in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline; B.S. minimum, MS Preferred.
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD modeling; CATIA V6 experience preferred.

Prepare original manufacturing planning process instruction sheets along with outlines that integrate vendors, data, processes, materials, and technology to acquire manufacturing and delivery.


As required, confer with Manufacturing Manager, other Planners, production personnel, Inspectors, or Programmers to resolve manufacturing process issues.


Review, interpret, and implement all manufacturing engineering changes as required.

Job Summary

The Production Manager is a key member of the Torrance plant's Leadership Team. The responsibilities include overall production management of a high-volume automotive chemicals and consumer products manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate is a demonstrated leader, and has proven success meeting and/ or exceeding production goals. This position oversees production of 4 liquid filling lines and a blow molding line that manufactures bottles from less than one gallon up to drums and totes. This role is responsible for achieving adherence of daily packaging line schedule, including production line standard rates, labor efficiencies, product quality, overall Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/Housekeeping) and employee safety. Additional accountabilities for this role are shift’s overall preparation to run, including coordination of line mechanical set-ups, product supply and material supply from leads and warehousing that meets scheduled line start-up. This individual MUST be outgoing, entrepreneurial, a self starter, and technically talented with strong leadership skills and abilities. Strengths must include communication, coaching, and mentoring skills, and the ability to promote enhanced employee relations and reports to the Plant Manager.

This position requires fully on-site work at our Torrance, California Plant work to cover multiple production shifts. The expected compensation for this position is an annual salary of $108,000-$118,000 depending on experience and qualifications and is bonus eligible.

Day to Day Accountabilities

  • Oversees activities of production lines to achieve production rates that meet or exceed standards (including efficient changeovers)
  • Responsible for the training and performance management of team members to ensure that each line is staffed with qualified and motivated individuals
  • Ensure the identification of product quality problems and implementation of corrective actions
  • Utilize theory of constraints or lean manufacturing techniques to evaluate and manage production counts, machine speeds, scrap and downtime to drive reliability to desired levels
  • Record and report accurate production counts, machine speeds, scrap counts, line down time, and other data as directed by Production Manager
  • Ensure adequate supply of materials (skid tickets, skid records, gloves) (staging and de-staging)
  • Responsible for using correct product labor/speed standard
  • Enforce all GMP’s, Safety and Environmental regulations as well as company policies

We’re hiring a Freelance Social & Digital Video Editor, Podcast to own the creation of all social and digital video clips for a tennis-specific podcast franchise.

This role sits at the intersection of podcast production, social storytelling, and platform-native editing—transforming long-form conversations into compelling short-form moments that resonate across platforms.

You’ll report to the Director of Social Media and work closely with the VP, Executive Producer, collaborating with podcast producers, hosts, and the broader social, content and app teams to shape how our podcast shows up across the digital ecosystem.

This freelance role is onsite in our Santa Monica, CA office and is expected to be approximately 8 hours per day, Monday–Thursday.

This freelance engagement is anticipated to run through early December 2026.

In this role, you will: Own Podcast-to-Social Video Execution Edit all short-form and mid-form video clips derived from full podcast episodes for use across social and digital platforms.

Identify standout moments that are insightful, entertaining, emotional, or culturally relevant and translate into high-performing clips.

Ensure all podcast video content aligns with Tennis Channel’s brand voice, visual standards, and storytelling approach.

Create Platform-Native Social Content Edit with platform best practices in mind across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.

Deliver multiple versions of clips optimized for different formats (vertical, square, horizontal) and audience behaviors.

Incorporate captions, graphics, motion elements, and pacing that maximize watch time, engagement, and shareability.

Collaborate Across Podcast & Social Teams Partner closely with podcast producers, hosts, and social strategists to understand episode goals and promotional priorities.

Work with the Director of Social to align clip output with broader social strategies, content calendars, and growth goals.

Coordinate with the VP, Executive Producer to ensure editorial quality and creative consistency across episodes.

Support Editorial Planning & Workflow Manage editing timelines tied to episode drops, tentpoles, and key tennis moments.

Maintain an organized workflow for sourcing footage, versioning clips, and delivering assets on schedule.

Proactively suggest new clip ideas, recurring formats, or visual approaches to evolve the podcast’s social presence.

Elevate the Podcast Brand Bring creative ideas to how podcast moments are packaged visually—leaning into personality, fashion, culture, and tennis fandom.

Stay current on social video trends, editing styles, and platform shifts to keep content fresh and competitive.

Help shape a recognizable visual identity for Tennis Channel podcasts across digital and social.

Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience editing digital and social video content, with specific experience editing podcasts preferred Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform-specific video best practices Proven experience creating short-form video clips from long-form podcast or interview content Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools a plus) Ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong editorial judgment with an eye for pacing, tone, and narrative clarity Passion for sports, culture, and tennis strongly preferred Tennis Channel is proud to be equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as the clinic lead for the assigned area as well as provide administrative support for the assigned Hematology/Oncology Community Clinic. Work as a member of the clinic team to provide smooth outpatient flow resulting in optimum patient satisfaction and clinic operation. This position will report to the Manager of Public Reporting and Accounting Policy and will perform technical accounting research under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).  This position will interact with all levels of AHFC/AHM/HM/HCFI finance and business personnel, including executive management, to evaluate technical accounting issues and concisely and effectively communicate the financial statement impact of applying new accounting guidance and/or existing accounting guidance to new and/or evolving business processes. This position with also interact with the external auditors to present and defend AHFC’s interpretation of new/existing accounting standards.   This position will also perform public reporting research to ensure compliance with evolving SEC reporting regulations.  This position will also interact with SEC counsel to negotiate disclosures and applicable updates for current quarter 10-Q/10K.  This position will also be a key contributor in the preparation / compilation of 10-Q/Ks

Key Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

 

  • Monitor new business developments for AHFC entities, including alliances / strategic partnerships with or investment in third parties, and revenue streams
  • Monitor and research Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations to ensure compliance with evolving SEC rules and disclosure requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the potential effects of accounting standard setting activities by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) on AHFC and HCFI
