Operational Leadership:

• Design and execute warehouse workflows, optimize layout planning, and establish KPIs to meet performance targets and client SLAs.
• Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff. Oversee labor planning, shift scheduling, and staffing based on volume trends and business needs.
• Implement and refine SOPs to drive consistency, improve quality, reduce errors, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation, minimize shrinkage, and maintain product quality through robust QC processes.
• Supervise the receipt, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring all activities are completed safely and on time.
• Act as the point of contact for client operations teams. Address concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics, generate weekly/monthly performance reports, and develop actionable insights to improve efficiency.
• Uphold all safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion a culture of safety across the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in 3PL or warehouse operations, including team management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS/OMS) and operational KPIs
• Experience in process design, warehouse planning, and cost control
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into operational improvements
• Bilingual in Mandarin is REQUIRED

• Prior experience with high-volume e-commerce fulfillment
• Background in both manual and automated warehouse environments

About You

As a member of the Southern Perishables Logistics Team, the Temp Logistics Administrative Clerk will be responsible for performing various essential administrative functions in support of warehousing operations. These include, but are not limited to, data entry for receiving, store invoicing and delivery administration receipts. Additionally, the Temp Logistics Administrative Clerk will provide the necessary service to warehouse operations when needed and fulfill any request for retail, perishable and grocery warehouse operations. This position supports a 7 day operation and works directly with the Supervisory team to provide seamless product workflow to 400+ stores under the ShopRite®, Price Rite®, The Fresh Grocer®, Dearborn Markets®, Fairway Market®, Gourmet Garage®, Di Bruno Bros.®, and Morton Williams® banners. The associate would be working 2:30pm-10:30pm any 5 of the 7 days in the week.

Core Functions

• Assist management to ensure high sanitation/safety standards and smooth warehouse workflow
• Data entry for receiving, store invoicing and delivery administration receipts
• Monitors warehouse and machine scratches to prioritize needed selection items
• Maintains accurate productivity reports
• Responsible for RF units, keeping batteries charged, and maintains an updated log on all equipment
• Interact with supervision and the affiliated workforce in areas of selection, receiving and housekeeping
• Insures proper adherence to policy and accuracy
• Additional duties as required for business needs

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent required, some college a plus
• Knowledge of WMS, Rapid and item maintenance functions is essential
• Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills is essential
• Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate professionally, persuasively and effectively, both in person and through email communication
• Flexibility with work schedule: ability to work any 5 out of 7 day schedule, frequent overtime, alternate shifts, holidays and weekends – work week and days off will be based on business needs and may not contain traditional Saturday/Sunday off days
• The scheduled time is 2:30pm-10:30pm.

Compensation and Benefits

The Foods Warehouse position is physically demanding; manual labor is required. The Registered Nurse functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population in order to achieve desired outcomes. This position focuses on expanding knowledge and skills, provides effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to a variety of complex patients. This position directs and oversees the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination. This position effectively coordinates patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.

A day in the life of a Registered Nurse includes: Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation Assessment

1. Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or the situation.

2. Performs age and disease specific assessment / data collection independently in a systematic manner focusing on physiologic, psychological and cognitive status.

3. Recognizes clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status.

4. Identifies variables in patient/family education needs based on age, disease, and culturally specific learning differences.

Plan

1. Develops a plan of care that prescribes strategies and interventions to attain expected outcomes.

2. Formulates age and disease specific patient / family centered goals / outcomes based on assessment data.

3. Develops and coordinates a plan of care which is patient / family focused, prioritized and encompasses the continuum of care.

Implementation

1. Communicates, coordinates, and implements the plan of care.

2. Provides ongoing communication with patient / family, nursing colleagues and other members of the health care team regarding patient's status, rendered care and treatment plans.

9. Multi-disciplinary discharging of patients to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.

1. A minimum of an associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree.

2. BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire. 3. Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR must be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
