Marketing Coordinator
Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

What You'll Do
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor bid activity, and maintain competitive intelligence files
- Track federal clients including USACE, NAVFAC, and the Department of Veterans Affairs using platforms like NECO, ProjNet, , and GovWin
- Maintain and update the company project tracker to reflect new and current opportunities
- Lead proposal production from start to finish, including writing, editing, proofreading, and final formatting
- Coordinate proposal logistics such as submitting Requests for Information and preparing required forms
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, programmatic, and mobile
- Create content that supports SEO strategy and drives web traffic
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Assistant Project Manager (Construction)

Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to clients safety programs, training, and policies as well as collaborate with the project team to manage the Safety & Health performance of project team members, contractors, and others as required.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to build client relationships while interfacing with the client for proposal and project related items.
- Assist in the development of internal and external project risk reviews with the Project Management team and consult with the Legal Department as required.

Responsibilities
Project Management:

- Attend networking functions of targeted clients/customers to ensure brand/name recognition in coordination with the PIC
Administration and Financial Management:
- Development, management, and improvement of project management methodologies
- Participates in ongoing Team Performance Management, Training & Development, and Selection of key team members.
- Heavily involved in weekly, monthly and long-term staffing coordination.
- Request appropriate staffing utilizing the schedule and budget as guidelines. Assist the PIC in developing and managing project man-hours and planning schedule.
- Assist in recruitment and interviewing activities.
- Performance management; rewarding and overseeing employees in all aspects of day-to-day activities and issues.
- Business acumen in budgeting, labor forecasting, setting fee to achieve targeted profit level, risk management for projects.

Design Expertise in Educational Facilities/ Industry Knowledge
- Experience designing for K–12 schools, higher education campuses, and specialty learning environments (e.g., labs, libraries, auditoriums).
- Ability to create flexible, adaptable spaces that accommodate diverse learning methods and future changes.
- Understanding of acoustical design considerations in academic environments.
- Experience with HVAC systems and lighting design to create comfortable, effective learning environments.
- Sensitivity to the needs of students, teachers, and staff, with a focus on creating environments that foster learning, collaboration, and well-being.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including school boards, administrators, teachers, students, and community members, to understand their needs.

Education, Experience, Skill Sets
- Bachelors or master's degree in architecture from an accredited college/university.
- At least 8 years of experience, with demonstrated leadership skills successfully leading project teams, Profit/Loss capability, and project management responsibility for projects of various sizes.
- Architectural License in the United States (or eligibility for reciprocity) required, or other related discipline certification or license
- LEED or equivalent designation in sustainable design preferred but will train

The Project Manager, Reserves, "PM" plays a crucial role as part of a high-performing, results-oriented Resort Renovation Team. The PM will be accountable for all aspects of the Management and functional support of the Reserves Program. The PM will be responsible for the development and execution of a strategic plan to support the effective adjustments to reserves data, verification of field conditions (both in person and reporting from field), Regional/Local lifecycle expectancy and general reserve program reporting.
The PM will have day-to-day responsibilities for the scheduling of site verification visits and managing the critical reporting from consultants on a timely basis. The PM will have management expectations over the consultants to ensure quality documentation is completed to support the asset preservation for the HOAs we provide serves to. In addition to the scheduling of the site verification visits, the PM will be responsible for the intake and validation of Change Files, Reserve Change Requests and Reserve Expense Requests.
The PM will leverage the Resort Renovation Team to support the program evolution while managing spend expectations for reserve projects.
The PM will be responsible for maintaining necessary relationships with Operational Partners, Consultants and Resort Renovation Team Members. The relationships will support the advancement and quality of documentation and the resulting asset improvement.
The PM will provide accurate and timely reporting to the Team Leader as well as communicating critical within the cross-functional team. This position requires a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a multifaceted team environment. The PM must be a leader and be able to express authority and see that all reserve responsibilities are carried out properly and expeditiously.
How You'll Shine:
- In conjunction with the Reserves Accounting department, manage the expectations of reserve study update cycle. This includes bench review of existing reserve studies and site visits to coordinate field conditions with cost adjustments.
- Oversees the development of cost structures for future, unplanned, project scopes to ensure protection of the assets we manage.
- Support the Reserve study adjustments necessary for the effective and efficient execution of Reserve Renovation projects.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel will be required of this position to assigned project locations throughout the United States, USVI, and Mexico that could be as much as 50%-75% of the time.
What You'll Bring:
- Prior experience with Reserve management software.
- Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management Degree Preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of Reserve Management experience in the Hospitality Industry required.
