* Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process
* Knowledge of the anatomy of the liver, gallbladder, aorta, spleen, kidneys, bile ducts, and pancreas and ability to perform abdominal ultrasound and the pathology of these organs to provide radiologists with a preliminary diagnosis.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekend, holiday, on call availability).
Job Duties
* Verifies physician order and procedure to ensure accuracy.
* Uses radiology information systems to facilitate care.
* Explains procedure to patient to ensure understanding.
* Independently operates equipment to complete imaging procedure according to protocol (including assisting radiologists in guided procedures in a variety of settings).
* Reviews patient images prior to transmission to ensure images meet diagnostic quality standards.
* Completes timely quality control procedures in accordance with regulatory standards and performing notification/remediation as warranted.

This job oversees the operation of the catheterization laboratory. Operates cardiovascular equipment, monitors patient vitals, performs routine calculations, and assists the physician upon request. Job Duties
- Assist the team in patient setup and prep before the procedures and take down/clean up post-procedure using safe patient transfer and positioning techniques
- Assists physicians in diagnosing and treating coronary artery disease and peripheral vascular disease in an invasive procedure arena, specializing in the care of patients.
- Documentation in procedure log to reflect accurate procedure and interventions to ensure accurate billing and charge capture
- Operates monitoring and recording devices and other cath lab equipment needed to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures under physician direction to obtain necessary medical data and ensure patient safety.
- Hemodynamic monitoring of patient during procedure and reporting values to performing physician
- Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.
