As a Digital Manufacturing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to use your digital toolset to solve some of Generac’s most complex manufacturing problems. You will be challenged to build innovative solutions that will free our manufacturing sites to focus on what they do best, while leading projects and mentoring others. This role is a member of our corporate Advanced Manufacturing team and is a key contributor in our digitalization effort.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tulip app building with MES as key area of focus
- Integration of Tulip with enterprise solutions: SAP, CMMS. Etc.
- Design, implement, and maintain analytics and dashboards in Power BI and Tulip Analytics.
- Evaluate new solutions and support lab testing with onsite proof of concept activities.
- Support end of line test cell enhancements.
- On-call rotation for after hours support of applications deployed by Advanced Manufacturing team.
- Responsible for managing assigned project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure manufacturing data accuracy from responsible systems.
- Regularly conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions with operations team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or Industrial Technology
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience supporting operations technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing technical projects; including requirements, budgets, timelines, and changes.
- Proven track record of utilizing technology to drive manufacturing improvements.
- Ability to lead workshops with sites and key stakeholders to understand and document complex manufacturing requirements.
- Experience developing, deploying, and supporting manufacturing systems; specifically, MES. Includes others such as QMS, PLCs, SCADA, Data Historians, CMMS, and computer vision.
- Expertise with common OT programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C# and/or others
- Experience working with SQL databases, writing complex queries, stored procs, functions, and triggers.
- Experience in OT integration technologies and standards including OPC and/or MQTT.
- Experience design and developing cloud-based data analytics and reports.
- Experience working with OPC servers and data tags.
- Experience integrating OT systems with enterprise solutions using REST API and similar.

We are seeking a Value Stream Manager to oversee fabrication at our manufacturing facility in Eagle, WI!
The Value Stream Manager has responsibility and leadership for overall operation of a value stream. The Value Stream Manager implements the Generac Manufacturing System (GMS) to ensure a safe work environment, drive quality improvements, provide an excellent customer experience, develop a qualified team, maximize profitable growth and reduce operating costs, inventories & lead times through continuous improvements. The Value Stream Manager leads day-to-day activities to deliver daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly expectations of metric performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Value Stream in daily operations and continuous improvement activities. Emphasize the creation of continuous product flow, utilize pull systems where flow is not currently possible, and work to level the workload. Create the basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardized work/processes are followed, countermeasures implemented and the area drives safety improvements. Create the foundation of a culture that stops to fix problems in order to get quality right the first time. Instill and maintain a positive can-do team atmosphere within the Value Stream.
- Designs and directs the work of the functional area. Selects, coaches and develops the team, setting objectives that align with company strategy to inspire and motivate the team. Manages organizational talent through performance management, succession planning and development. Designs and directs processes by which team and individual performance are recognized, feedback is consistently delivered and performance is systematically improved.
- Utilize PDCA process in conjunction with the MDI process to deliver metric results in people, safety, quality, delivery & cost. Develop a visual value steam that ensures problems do not remain hidden. Perform Leader Standard Work to deliver consistent execution of processes and procedures.
- Ensure leaders provide effective training & cross-training for the employees, including backups from other areas, to assure a continuous smooth running Value Stream.
- Develop and execute short and long range continuous improvement plans to deliver improvements in people, safety, quality, delivery & cost metrics.
- Other Duties as assigned and the following: Responsible for leading and coordinating the successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within Operations. Participate in the development of standards and programs. Participate in the development and implementation of facility strategic plans and initiatives. Facilitate the flow of information sharing of best practices and external benchmarks.
Minimal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 5 years progressive operations or lean management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in sheet metal fabrication including cutting, punching, forming, welding, and/or painting.
- 3 years of demonstrated implementation experience in Lean principles
- Lean, Operations or Supply Chain Certifications
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system
- Demonstrated experience in flow principles, Kanban, and plan for every part (PFEP)
- Demonstrated experience in leadership with a diversity of team skills

The Community Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation, and all on-site team members. • Ensure the community is maintained, preserved, and large annual projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Evaluate the community regularly to determine annual capital improvement (non-recurring spend) needs and priorities.
• Be a change agent in leading assigned teams through larger organizational initiatives such as software changes, and frequent process changes.
• Assist with annual budget preparation.
• Understand market level and industry trends acting as the subject matter expert within the local multifamily competitive landscape.
• Visually walk and inspect the community on a regular basis.

We are looking for an experienced mechanic to repair and inspect company equipment in a cost effective, safe, and timely manner.
What We Offer: Competitive wage based upon experience and certifications.
Mechanic class A: Up to $40.00 per hour Mechanic class B: $26.00
- $35.00 per hour Full-time.
Paid holidays, vacation and PTO.

Responsibilities: Perform basic, routine, and preventative maintenance bus repairs.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other breakdowns or failures.
Repair or replace malfunctioning components, parts, and other mechanical or electrical equipment.
Removal, installation, disassembly, and reconditioning of components of diesel engines.
Interprets diagnostic test results accurately.
Writes detailed inspection reports and repair plans.
Collaborates with other diesel mechanics in all operational repairs.
Demonstrate skills in advanced testing of all vehicle systems.
Participate in maintenance training programs required for job and career development.
Completes test drives to make sure all repaired vehicles run correctly and safely.
Uses power, machine, and hand tools safely in a maintenance environment.
Follow all safety rules and regulations in the performance of work assignments.
Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including outdoors.
Class A mechanic -Minimum 5 years' Commercial experience.
Charter bus, commercial truck, and diesel repair Class B mechanic- Minimum 1-year commercial experience.
Charter bus, commercial truck, and diesel repair Cummins, and Detroit engines Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and criminal background check.
Familiarity with safety management.
Possess your own set of tools to perform maintenance tasks.
Must have a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Experience in the transportation industry.
Experience in the Motor Coach Industry.
Associate degree in diesel technology preferred.
Computer diagnostic skills a plus, but training is provided.
