Role Description 

This is a full-time, flat-rate, on-site Automotive Technician role based in Marblehead, MA. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing, and repairing automotive systems. A strong competency in electrical diagnostics is required for this position. The technician will be expected to provide thorough digital inspections with every oil change. 

Our team members use their own tools and toolboxes; we provide iScan and Autel scan tools as well as many specialized tools. Paid training is available.

Well-rounded technician in European cars is preferred.

Precision Motor Werks is a small, personable shop; we are not a dealership. Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $40-$47. 30 hours minimum is paid. 

Business hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM- NO WEEKENDS!!

Qualifications

5+ years of experience preferred

Valid driver’s license 

Proficiency in vehicle maintenance 

Experience with PIWIS, ISTA, Xentry, ODIS 

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

ASE certification or equivalent experience is a plus

Preference for technicians with a European vehicle background 

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team 

Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship with a focus on safety

The Regional Coordinator is responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative and office support services to the Field & Organizing staff

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provide General administrative assistance; filing (paper and electronic), type notes, correspondence, MOA?s, grievances and proposals, merge documents, prepare materials for meetings, review departmental invoices, make copies, organize binders /folders and other administrative tasks.Coordinate work assignments with department staff; serve as liaison to other departments and affiliates.Use MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports, correspondence, contracts, charts etc.Treat members with respect and courtesy; respond to or direct requests for service appropriately and promptly.Receive visitors and staff. • High School Diploma. College or formal secretarial training preferred. Three to five years of office experience including recent administrative experience.Ability to meet the public with confidence and to work harmoniously with members and staff.Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Familiarity with database applications.Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and must be responsive to deadlines.Must have high level of dependability and carry out responsibilities. with a positive cooperative attitude. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

This role has a minimum base pay from $16.03 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.

This position is responsible for greeting customers and managing the customer storage buy pick-up process. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Major responsibilities include:

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the company's car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the company's phone answering standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Verify the identity of the person picking up the storage buy order(s) to ensure he/she is authorized to do so.
• Obtain the required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Comply with the company's safety standard operating procedures for lifting practices.
• Be an expert in all product knowledge and assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products according to Floor & Dcor's brand standards.
• Act and work in a manner that is consistent with the company's core roles.

Minimum eligibility requirements:

• One year of retail sales experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Working conditions (travel, hours, environment):

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy.

Physical/sensory requirements:
