After-Hours Call Program: Physicians are not responsible for after-hours call coverage.
Virtual Clinic Support (VCS): A centralized team of advanced practice providers work remotely to manage clinical tasks that traditionally fall to primary care physicians, including managing clinical inboxes, test results, patient messages, medication refills and routine patient follow-up.
Team-Based Approach to Care: Our interdisciplinary team includes Social Work, Behavioral Health specialists, and a dedicated Medical Assistant to ensure comprehensive patient support.
Technology Assistance: Access to AI note writing products compatible with EPIC.

What You’ll Do
Provide both compassionate and thorough care to residents at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Salem, Peabody, Lynn, and Marblehead, MA, ensuring their comfort and well-being through attentive medical practices.
Work closely with a dynamic multidisciplinary group—including nurses, care coordinators, and specialists—to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care. Take part in case reviews, contribute to planning treatment strategies, and promote collaboration and ongoing improvement.
Utilize advanced healthcare technology and tools, such as the integrated EPIC EMR system for efficient documentation and communication, in-basket management support for better workflow, and after-hours call services to uphold consistent care and assistance for patients and families.
