THE OPPORTUNITY
Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site (not virtual) position at our offices in Wallingford, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be a shared administrative resource for the Senior Vice President and six other Vice Presidents supporting all administrative tasks as well as assisting the executive assistants of the CEO and CFO as needed. The ability to anticipate, organize and summarize a high level of sensitive information is critical. Must be a self-starter who demonstrates flexibility, resourcefulness, and have the ability to work independently, as well as under pressure in a team environment. A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism plus attention to detail is required for someone to be successful.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely and collaboratively with other Executive Assistants in a deadline driven environment.
- Maintain executive’s calendar and plan, arrange, and schedule travel for company events, conferences, group or large company meetings and appointments as assigned.
- Compile and submit executive expense reports.
- Help manage logistics of department meetings and provide on-site meeting support throughout the year.
- Compile information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials and prepare charts, graphs, and tables as necessary; satisfy multiple ad hoc reporting requests from executives.
- Prepare presentations, business communications, data summaries, and other documents to support the finance related departments and company business decisions and initiatives.

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading, mentoring and collaborating with Project Managers to oversee and supervise the overall performance of his/her projects. Overview:
Responsible for a broad spectrum of duties, covering all aspects of project management, including project planning, cost management, cost estimating, time/labor management, quality management, contract administration, and safety management. Position Summary:
The Preconstruction Manager is involved in identifying opportunities, soliciting, and relating to potential clients, and participating in the preparation of KBE’s submissions in response to solicitations and follow up interviews/presentations. The Preconstruction Manager also manages preconstruction services on projects secured by KBE; works with the Operations group to ensure a smooth transition into the construction phase; and supports Operations during construction in regard to the decisions and commitments made by KBE during the preconstruction phases.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Prepare Qualifications & Exclusions, and site-specific construction related information/analysis needed to support these submissions.
Once a design/build project is secured, the Preconstruction Manager will be responsible to manage/supervise the Preconstruction Phase of Services including but not limited to the following:
- Gather, calculate and compile data (unit costs, subcontractor quotes) for use in conceptual bid proposal estimates.
- Prepare routine estimates and constructability reviews under general supervision.
- Prepare bid packages, conceptual estimates, analysis of subcontractor bids, etc. for projects of size and/or complexity, as assigned.
- Interface with owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility.
- Write exhibits identifying exclusions and qualifications custom tailored for each project.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
3. Current Iowa RN license, (current IL license if working in IL) required.
4. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within three (3) months of hire.
5. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required within three (3) months of hire.
6. Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter for both Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training is required within six (6) months of hire.
7. Specialty practice certification is preferred..

What you will do:
