As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you are joining a premier, fee-based, and non-discretionary investment advisory solution, providing clients with a personal relationship, specialized service, and ongoing advice built on Schwab's approach to investing. You will have a direct impact on the lives of clients, working as a fiduciary within a dedicated Schwab Wealth Advisory team to deliver an exceptional client experience. SWA's advice philosophy will empower you to use a vast array of products (i.e. stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, option trading), setting you up for success to help clients manage their more complex portfolios and achieve their goals. What you have

Required Qualifications:

• CFP designation or CFA designation
• Bachelor's degree
• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license
  • May be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment
• Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license required
  • May be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment
• Five or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five or more years working directly with clients in the financial services industry highly preferred

• Active FINRA Series 7 license (May be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment for certified and current CFP® designation or CFA® designation holders, verified before hire)
• Active FINRA Series 66 license (May be obtained within the first 120 days)
• Three or more years advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients
• Five or more years in the financial services industry working directly with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• CFP or CFA
• Superior relationship management and client retention experience
• Polished interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, attention to detail

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 12 Months Verifiable Liquid Chemical Tanker Experience
  
• Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License with Tank Endorsement
• Hazmat and TWIC Card
• Pump and Compressor on Truck Required
• Must uphold a clean driving record without violations within the last 3 years. 

• Demonstrates flexibility in responding to unpredicted situations, such as emergencies, assignment and staffing or schedule changes. Responds to crisis situations with confidence and clarity, delegating as appropriate to others on the team.
• Sets priorities independently, prepares assignments and duties at the beginning of each shift, adjusting and delegating as situations change on the unit as needed.
• Supports the growth and development of nursing personnel by facilitating assessment of educational needs on an ongoing basis. Takes an active role in educating staff when a need and/or opportunity is identified.
• Assists with evaluation and improvement of patient care by assuring an ongoing unit-based quality-monitoring program to include development and implementation of PI monitors and reports.
• Delegates shift duties appropriately including but not limited to chart checks, defib/refrigerator logs, abnormal lab follow up and documentation, cleaning and stocking rooms, checking rooms for outdated supplies, pulling trash/linen as needed
