Field Operations Specialist

Our client in Stanford, CT is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Field Operations Specialist to support day-to-day parking operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and spending time outdoors while helping maintain safe and compliant parking facilities.

As a Field Operations Specialist, you will use a mobile app to monitor parking lots, verify vehicle compliance, and report operational issues to ensure a smooth parking experience for customers.

Pay Rate: $20-23 per hour

This role is a 1099 independant contractor position with the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates
• Identify and ticket vehicles that are not in compliance with parking policies
• Flag vehicles requiring towing based on property rules and procedures
• Provide real-time feedback through the app regarding lot conditions and user experience
• Document and report operational, safety, or maintenance issues to management
• Maintain awareness of parking lot activity and ensure compliance with lot policies

Schedule & Availability

• Shift availability between 6:00 AM – Midnight
• 7 days per week coverage
• Typical shifts are approximately 6 hours
• 36-40 hours per week, depending on business needs

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• iOS or Android smartphone with basic app proficiency
• Previous experience in customer service, security, parking enforcement, or facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required
