We are seeking a Foster Care Case Management Specialist to join our team.
Starting Salary: $46,000
This role requires advanced knowledge in the area of child welfare, while exercising discretion and independent judgment in making decisions on the overall management and delivery of services to children on their caseload, aimed at achieving safety and permanency. This role will coordinate and facilitate activities within the Family Support Team context, working towards moving the child to a permanent home.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage and provide services to children and families who have been referred under the Foster Care Case Management Contract.
- Continually analyze and assess each family and child situation on an individual basis, using advanced knowledge in the area of child welfare to develop recommendations regarding support services and resources that each child and family may need, such as educational plans, medical, psychiatric, and psychological assessments, therapy, independent living skills, etc.
- Facilitate service planning with the child, family, and other Family Support Team (FST) members in accordance with Cornerstones of Care, MACF & CD policy.
- Coordinate any supportive services and resources that children under case management services may need to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with children and families and the following:
- Master's degree in social work, criminal justice, human services, education, counseling or psychology, preferred.

We are seeking an IIS IFRS Specialist to join our team.
Starting Salary: $46,000 Annually
Your role as an Intensive In-Home Services/Intensive Family Reunification Services Specialist (IIS/IFRS) will work intensively in the family's home to teach them the specific skills they need to safely remain together, such as problem-solving, crisis management, parenting, communication, budgeting, home maintenance, life skills, and more. You will be responsible for connecting families to community resources to help stabilize them and increase their support system. You will work with other team members and report to our Manager IIS IFRS.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Always carries 2-3 cases, seeing each family in the home an average of 8-10 hours per week during the 4-6-week IIS intervention or the 8-12-week IFRS intervention.
- Available 24/7 to help families with crises or conflicts that might arise.
- Provide in-home support to stabilize families in crisis, utilize de-escalation skills, prevent child abuse/neglect, prevent out-of-home placements, and facilitate family reunification.
- Conduct home visits to promote safety, permanency, and well-being as agency policy requires.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Apr 13, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel contract in a 18-bed CICU/CVICU setting, requiring active MO or compact licensure and a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
Details 18-bed Cardiac ICU (CICU/CVICU) unit in a hospital setting Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00-07:30 Flexible scheduling options include Fri-Sun or 6 on/8 off rotations May be scheduled every other weekend 50% of holidays encountered during the contract are required, including Memorial Day Floating required within an ICU cluster and Med/Surg & MS/Tele units (1:4 ratio when floating to MS) Highest acuity and specialty equipment patients are managed by core staff Cerner charting experience preferred but not required Requirements Active MO or compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses) Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, or 1 year of Level 1 CTICU experience At least 1 year of experience in the ICU specialty required 2 professional references required for consideration Must be able to ambulate, reach, and lift/move objects weighing 20 lbs or more Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Local candidates are eligible to apply; candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility may be considered at a reduced pay rate Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront prior to placement Role involves routine exposure to patients with contagious illnesses in a 24/7 healthcare environment American Traveler Job ID P-685841.
