Role Description

Phantom Products Inc. is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor for an on-site, full-time position based in Rockledge, FL. In this role, the Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage production schedules, ensure the timely delivery of projects, and coordinate with teams across departments to maintain efficiency. This position requires hands-on leadership to meet production goals while ensuring quality standards and fostering a safe workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and motivate production teams effectively
• Experience in Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure on-time project delivery
• Proficiency in Production Management to oversee operations and enhance efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate coordination across team members and departments
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
• Familiarity with health and safety standards and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is advantageous
• Previous experience in military or high-tech manufacturing environments is a plus
