Senior HVAC Technician, Full-Time, Cincinnati, Ohio (Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, Tri-State Region)

Are you an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Technician with expertise in chillers, boilers, and hydronic systems? Do you thrive in a dynamic, hands-on role where your skills make a real impact?tdgFacilities is seeking a highly skilled and experienced full-time Senior Mobile HVAC Technician with a focus on Chillers/Boilers and Hydronics to join our dynamic team.
This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, as well as a broad range of skills in corrective, preventative, and routine repair/maintenance procedures. The successful candidate will also possess experience with commercial equipment installation, which may include HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing tasks. The typical schedule for this full-time role is between 7:30am and 4:30pm Monday-Friday, with occasional on-call requests (scheduled within a team rotation).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SENIOR HVAC TECHNICIAN:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organized and able to self-manage and perform essential tasks to the highest standard
- Maintain/Diagnose/Repair a variety of climate control chillers, boilers, and commercial refrigeration systems
- Experience working on VRF systems, VAV Boxes, Split Systems, Cooling towers, AHUs & MHUs, BAS Controls, and other commercial systems
- Ability to lead a team through commercial HVAC installations of varying sizes and complexity
- Safely utilize equipment following appropriate protocols and procedures
- Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance tasks, and equipment installations
- Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Participate in client meetings when required
- Utilize mobile technology for efficient communication and real-time reporting
- Ability to actively interface with a work order management system
- Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SENIOR HVAC TECHNICIAN:
- 7+ years of HVAC experience
- 3+ years of chiller experience.
- 3+ years of boiler experience.
- EPA Universal Certification
- Pipe welding experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Establishes the appropriate IT / Business engagement model and corresponding set of IT services aligned to a Divisions business model. This position will act as a mini CIO for these groups.
- Develops relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their business strategies, needs, and challenges
- Gathers information on the business and technology objectives for business units, identifies customer needs and creates a shared technology plan to support business outcomes
- Ensures the customer is positioned best on technology AND data to support current and future needs
Technology Strategy Influences, provide options for the BU to win with technology and data
- Gathers and communicates market research on insurance and technology trends that is relevant to our business customers
- Participates in business strategy conversations helping define opportunities/ options to leverage technology and data to run, transform, or grow their businesses
- Drives conversations with customers to define and influence the business capabilities, digital experiences, and new ways of working to enable business objectives
- Develops a multi-year BU technology strategy and investment roadmap to address strategic outcomes and drive customer success for the short and long term
- Helps define the target IT operating model and specific business unit technology strategies and transformation for digital, automation, data, analytics, application modernization as needed
- Drives the business case for change and portfolio of initiatives and technology investment(s) aligned to business priorities
Delivery Execution & Support - Advocates for the BU and ensures no surprises
- Make sure customer needs are being met and understood by each department in the company from strategy to execution; knows which IT teams/resources to bring to the table and when
- Collaborates with internal IT teams to identify options to leverage technology and data to enable business drivers for a Division around easy of doing business, new revenue, operational efficiencies, and improved decision making through the use of data and analytics
- Partners with IT Delivery Managers, Enterprise Architects, and business stakeholders on developing the \"OneTeam\" delivery model playbook for success including the CSAT outcomes, team structure, roles, etc. across all initiatives for a particular business unit
- Serves as a point of escalation to manage risks and concerns back to the customer across all portfolio's of work for the business unit
- Partners with business and technical teams to gather feedback on the health of the relationship and quality of delivery of IT services
- Drives strategies and recommendations on strategies to drive adoption and continuous improvement opportunities for IT applications and assets
- A minimum of 15 years of related experience required
- Prior experience within the P&C industry with deep knowledge Insurance domain expertise, a deep knowledge of various insurance functions across the value chain.
- Strong level of technology expertise/breath (digital, automation, application modernization, data, analytics, etc.)
- Strong experience building relationships (trust) and managing stakeholder expectations from strategy to planning and execution; including abilities to create win-win partnerships, with a strong understanding of give and take
- Prior experience consulting skills or experience facilitating business and technology strategies; Ability to see the big picture and plan out steps to achieve it.
- Ability to influence change, energize business and technical teams and foster buy in at all levels
- Experience with navigating organizations and driving alignment and urgency across cross functional teams
- Prior experience driving business transformation and organizational change
- Prior experience leading complex and large-scale technology initiatives and engagements

The Lead Physician for Primary Care provides direct clinical care to a panel of members. They guide clinicians on best practices on delivering value-based care. Additionally, they work closely with our Medical Director to provide clinical leadership to our providers, Nurses, Behavioral Health specialists, and Medical Assistants.
4 key areas for responsibility for the Lead Physician:
Provide excellent primary care to a panel of members, leading your pod interdisciplinary care team
Coach fellow providers in how to provide excellent primary care / urgent care / or community care to their members and effectively lead their interdisciplinary care teams. Mentor care teams during population health huddle to achieve their quality and utilization goals.
Alongside the Medical Director, the Lead Physician is the clinical leader in the center. They address questions from and provide clinical guidance to nurses, MAs, and fellow providers about clinical cases as they arise.
The Lead Physician is core part of the center and market’s leadership team. They are accountable for driving the market toward successfully achieving its quality, utilization and engagement goals. Alongside the medical director, they partake in leadership meetings and will also be AbsoluteCare’s ambassador to community based organizations, hospital systems, and payer partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide Primary Care services to panel of members in accordance with the PCMH model of care.
Work in a team environment (with social work, care management, behavioral health, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, etc.), process feedback, and facilitate discussion and implementing plans of care from other members of the team.
Coach and mentor physicians and Advance Practice Providers.
Treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic conditions onsite.
Possess a comfort level and the knowledge to differentiate when exacerbation can be treated within AbsoluteCare and when a higher level of care is needed.
Vigilant in keeping track of patients and their disease processes to prevent ER visits, admissions to the hospital, and readmissions.
Implement plans of care in collaboration with the patient, their family and other team members.
Use technology and the electronic health record to the highest capability to increase quality initiatives and efficiency within the practice.
Provide on-call coverage for the office in rotation with other providers.
Develop clinical protocols and pathways to upskill all clinical support staff to practice top of license

Minimum Qualifications
Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of employment.
5+ years of clinical experience and administrative experience leading interdisciplinary teams.

Maintenance Mechanic III (Journeyman Plumber Experience) – Good Samaritan Hospital
Start time flexible between 6:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.; 8-hour shifts
Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position is responsible for the expert-level maintenance and repair of hospital buildings, facilities, and equipment. The role requires journeyman-level plumbing expertise as well as working knowledge and reasonable proficiency in additional building trades.
