We are seeking a Residential Learning Manager to join our team. Your role will ensure that all team members have opportunities to master the skills required to fulfill the requirements of their positions, including evidence-based models. As a member of the Collaborative Learning team, you will work with other team members and report to our Director of Collaborative Learning.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• 
  
• Participating in annual professional development needs assessment and planning process by identifying training needs, assisting in the creation of an annual training plan, designing, scheduling, and facilitating learning opportunities to meet those needs. Learning opportunities may include classroom or virtual training, online courses, the creation of learning tools, and individual and group coaching.
  
• Research and gather source material through extensive interactions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  
• Create, update and maintain applicable curricula, including classroom, virtual, and eLearning.
  
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment and promote a culture that values learning.
  
• Create course assessments for the training sessions, which will follow proper instructional design methods and test understanding by asking learners to interpret facts, evaluate situations, explain cause and effect, make inferences, and predict results.
  
• Serve as subject matter expert for training information as needed.
  
• Foster a trauma-informed, equitable and inclusive culture through practice and promotion of Sanctuary Model practices.
  
• Deliver training to meet contractual and grant requirements.
  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of congregate living experience and the following:

Position Title Dining Services Cook II Bell Hospital Position Summary / Career Interest: Prepare large volumes of food for both patients and hospital staff.

It is the Dining Services Cook II's job to prepare food that is nutritious and desirable so that patients and employees will get the food intake.

We are seeking a Functional Family Therapist to join our team.

Starting Salary: $50,000 - $57,000 (Salary)

Bonus: $2,500 ($1,250 Sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the $1,250 Retention bonus will be paid after 12 months of service.)

Join a service oriented, close-knit team providing Functional Family Therapy (FFT), a nationally recognized, evidence-based intervention to children and families in the KCMO area. The successful candidate for this position will receive training and certification in FFT, along with excellent clinical support.

The successful candidate for this position will work well independently, as the position is very autonomous with much flexibility in scheduling sessions. Caseloads are very manageable, as the FFT model supports caseloads of 10-14 families at a time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required.

This role requires advanced knowledge in the area of child welfare, while exercising discretion and independent judgment in making decisions on the overall management and delivery of services to children on their caseload, aimed at achieving safety and permanency. This role will coordinate and facilitate activities within the Family Support Team context, working towards moving the child to a permanent home.

• Manage and provide services to children and families who have been referred under the Foster Care Case Management Contract.

This role will provide comprehensive oversight of the agency's vehicle fleet to ensure safety, compliance, reliability, and costeffective operations. • Arrange for repairs and body work on all vehicles as needed.
  
• Manage fleets in Kansas and Missouri to determine when vehicles need to be replaced according to their age, mileage, or condition, making budgetary recommendations.
  
• Maintain the Enterprise lease in Kansas, working with the team to determine appropriate vehicles, coordinate vehicle swaps, liaise with Enterprise, and manage all lease logistics.
  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

We are seeking a Temporary IIS IFRS Specialist to join our team.

Starting Salary: $46,000 (W-2)

This is a temporary 12-month position.

Your role as an Intensive In-Home Services/Intensive Family Reunification Services Specialist (IIS/IFRS) will work intensively in the family's home to teach them the specific skills they need to safely remain together, such as problem-solving, crisis management, parenting, communication, budgeting, home maintenance, life skills, and more. You will be responsible for connecting families to community resources to help stabilize them and increase their support system.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• 
  
• This position is based out of Kansas City, MO and will cover Jackson, Clay, Platte, and Ray counties.
  
• Always carries 2-3 cases, seeing each family in the home an average of 8-10 hours per week during the 4-6-week IIS intervention or the 8-12-week IFRS intervention.
  
• Available 24/7 to help families with crises or conflicts that might arise.
  
• Provide in-home support to stabilize families in crisis, utilize de-escalation skills, prevent child abuse/neglect, prevent out-of-home placements, and facilitate family reunification.
  
• Conduct home visits to promote safety, permanency, and well-being as agency policy requires.

We are seeking a Youth Behavioral Health Specialist I or II to join our team.

Starting Salary: $ 17.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Your role will oversee clients in daily activities while teaching new skills, ensuring safety, and managing behaviors. Plan activities, reinforce treatment plans, and document all client-related information. As a member of the Residential team, you will work with other team members and report to our Youth Behavioral Health Specialist Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Responsible for direct supervision and safety of all clients.
