Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy observability frameworks leveraging tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, etc. Define best practices for monitoring, alerting, and visualization across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Develop strategies for monitoring KPIs tied to business outcomes (e.g., sales performance, supply chain efficiency, customer experience).
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify key metrics and integrate them into dashboards and alerting systems.
• Implement AIOps solutions using industry-leading platforms like OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, Anthropic, and similar technologies.
• Develop predictive analytics and anomaly detection models to proactively identify and resolve operational issues.

• Provide observability strategies for infrastructure (servers, storage, cloud), applications (microservices, APIs), and networks (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN). Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and IT operations teams to ensure end-to-end visibility and reliability.
• Establish observability standards, KPIs, and SLAs for performance and availability. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in monitoring solutions.
• Develop scalable architecture using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and multi-modal AI technologies.
• Build AI-powered analytics platforms for IT operations analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive insights.
• Architect and deploy intelligent chatbots for IT support and self-service capabilities.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing IT operations tools and workflows.
• Implement automated remediation and root cause analysis using AI/ML models.

Qualifications:

• 10-13 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, and other monitoring platforms.
• Practical experience implementing AI-based solutions for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and automated remediation. Familiarity with OpenAI, Bedrock, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, application architectures, and networking. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages for automation and integration.
• Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Bedrock) and agentic AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience in designing AI architectures for enterprise IT environments.
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages for AI model integration and automation.

How You'll Contribute:

The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.

The DE collaborates with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed and is responsible for producing accurate drawings, layouts, and supporting documentation in accordance with project standards. The DE contributes to equipment selection and bill of materials development, subject to review and approval by senior engineering staff.

What You'll Do:

• Contributor for complex engagements and works directly with Account Executives, clients, project teams and other DE's to develop specifications, designs, budgets, timelines and manage expectations.
  
  
• Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the architecture, installation and planning of live performance solutions (concert audio, cinematic multi-cam, theatrical stage lighting, house lighting, production IT, intercom, etc).
  
  
• Develop Faith and Performance project estimates, Bill of Materials (BOM), Bid Response submissions, and project agreements in partnership with the Sales Engineer and Proposal Manager
  
  
• Create Sketchup Models that assist in communicating concepts to the client in the early steps of the sales engagement, as well as being used as the basis for other design deliverables through manufacturers such as loudspeaker systems, camera plots, and house lighting designs
  
  
• DE may have client interaction and contribute to the P and L performance.
  
  
• Project lifecycle is important and learning the standards our clients are comfortable with is just as important as selling new technology and solutions where they fit. 1. A minimum of an associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree.

2. BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire. (Note this applies to team members hired on or after November 2019). *P4567U - applies to team members hired after 6/1/2021. **CC456U, CC689U, CC891U per CC Union Contract - All staff Registered Nurses (RN) are required to have a BSN within five years of hire. Note: Advanced masters degree in nursing programs satisfy the BSN requirement (ie Associates to MSN).

3. Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR must be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.

4. Job Title : Medical Assistant/Technician (Hospital Corpsman) Category / Component : Enlisted • Both Overview Hospital Corpsmen assist healthcare professionals and provide medical and dental care to Sailors, Marines, and their families across clinics, hospitals, ships, and field units, gaining broad clinical, technical, and operational experience.
