The Retail Support Specialist (RSS) delivers hands-on, frontline support to AT&T customers inside high-traffic national retail environments. In this role, you will engage directly with customers and retail partners to resolve account, billing, device, and service concerns; often in fast-paced, high-volume situations. Customer Support:

The Project/Construction Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and closeout of construction and/or relocation projects. Projects will be assigned based on workload, and may be grouped based on geography, client, or project type. This position will support the team direction and assist with the motivation of the team members. The Project/Construction Manager is expected to see all jobs to completion.

Responsibilities include assemblage of all team resources (internal and external), including project scoping, selection and management of consultants, design professionals, contractors, vendors and inter-departmental support. Scope of work to be managed will incorporate all project components including design, furniture, move management, construction, telecommunications, information technology, audio-visual and security systems. • Ten years of experience in the fields of general contracting, construction management, relocation planning, facility management or architectural design
• At least three years experience in an in-house Facilities Management environment desired

Description

The Enterprise IT Administrator is responsible for supporting and administering the core business systems that help power our client including ERP, CRM, CSM, and related operational platforms. While part of the broader IT organization, this role is dedicated to enabling and optimizing logistics and sales operations across NetSuite, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

You will design, build, and support logistics‑focused solutions through scripting, automation, reporting, and system customization.

Success in this role requires deep expertise in supply chain logistics combined with strong technical proficiency. You should be able to create customizations for NetSuite, manage Boomi integrations, and design as well as administer tailored solutions that improve and optimize logistics, service, and sales operations

This position will be under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Manage, maintain, and support the daily operations of NetSuite (ERP) and integrated systems, including Adaptive, RF‑Smart (Warehouse/Shipping), Streamline, NetSuite Pay, TrueCommerce, and the Boomi Integration Platform.
• Administer ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), including integrations that support the member services team.

Job Summary:

The Subsurface Analyst will join a highly trained team of field specialists responsible for identifying and designating critical subsurface utilities and structural embeds within concrete structures. This role supports safe excavation and construction activities by providing accurate, non-destructive investigations of underground infrastructure.

This position operates within the discipline of non-destructive testing (NDT) and utilizes advanced technologies including Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), electromagnetic (EM) pipe locators, and other specialized scanning tools. In addition to performing field investigations, the Subsurface Analyst will capture and document findings to create a digital representation of previously unknown subsurface infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform investigative scanning activities on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure job sites.
• Collect and analyze field data to designate structural embeds including rebar, conduits, post-tension cables, and other structural elements.

• Able to understand and interpret drawings as they relate to PCB’s and CCA’s

• Familiarity with IPC 6012 & IPC 6013

• Working knowledge of military and commercial design standards, GD&T techniques, and overall producibility considerations related to electronic packaging

• Knowledge of RF circuitry and key care abouts when it come to laying out the board along with filter knowledge

• Working knowledge of operating system concepts and implementations, network services as related to Microsoft Windows suites

• Willingness to work extended hours (nights and/or weekends) as required to complete assigned tasking

• Active Secret DoD security clearance
