Required or Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Minnesota license or IMLC
- Board: BC/BE in Cardiovascular Surgery

- Other Qualifications: Clean file required for emergency credentialing
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform scheduled cardiovascular surgical cases
- Participate in shared 1:3 call rotation
- Provide overnight and weekend call coverage during assigned call weeks
- Manage pre-operative and postoperative cardiac surgical patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac team
- Document all patient encounters and procedures per hospital standards

- Participate in 1 in 3 call rotation, covering day, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Oversee pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care for cardiac surgery patients
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
