Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or professional accreditation such as certified public accountant (CPA) is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the construction industry.

Proven experience in construction management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5.
Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.
6.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
7.
Ability to work closely with a senior management team.
8.
Solid understanding of financial management.
9.
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance regulations and reporting.

About the Role
*To note: While this position will sit remotely, this is a full-time role requiring approximately 80% travel. Most travel will be by air to warehouse locations nationwide to provide onsite support.
What You'll Do:
- Follow all company safety and OSHA guidelines
- Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and robotic systems
- Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Lead preventative maintenance (PM) programs and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen)
- Partner with Engineering on equipment installations and upgrades
- Train and mentor Operators and Maintenance Technicians
- Document maintenance work and recommend equipment/process improvements
- Support production goals by improving equipment reliability, quality, and efficiency
How You'll Do It:
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in two or more maintenance trades (mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulics, robotics, pneumatics)
Additional Skill Sets:
- Experience leading or training others
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (standing, bending, lifting)

The salary range for this position is $67,000-80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
