This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a multidisciplinary, academic team delivering state-of-the-art care in a dedicated 20-bed Neuro ICU within Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital—a Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.

Key Responsibilities: · Provide high-quality, evidence-based care for critically ill neurological and neurosurgical patients· Collaborate closely with neurology, neurosurgery, emergency medicine, and critical care teams· Participate in resident and medical student education through Carilion’s affiliation with the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine· Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives· Contribute to the continued growth and development of neurocritical care services at Carilion Clinic

Qualifications: · MD or DO from an accredited medical school· Neurocritical care fellowship trained from a UCNS/ACGME accredited fellowship program.· Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurocritical Care (UCNS or ABPN pathway preferred)· Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Virginia· Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills· Commitment to academic excellence and teaching

Join a thriving, expanding Sleep Medicine program at Carilion Clinic, located in the heart of Southwest Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. We are seeking a full-time BC/BE Sleep Medicine Physician to become part of our growing team, which covers a vast area of this corner of Virginia and is part of our academic Section of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine.

Carilion’s comprehensive sleep program performs over 4,500 sleep studies each year with 4 AASM accredited Sleep Labs. The team is supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with pediatric sleep specialists, as well. We incorporate peer recovery specialists and a range of technology and innovative techniques in collaboration with addiction researchers at Virginia Tech and the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute. Our faculty includes psychiatrists who are board-certified in both addiction psychiatry and addiction medicine certified physicians from across Carilion, including Emergency Medicine and Ob/Gyn. We have an established Fellowship in Addiction Medicine that is part of this organizational structure.
