Essential Functions

  • Participate in the development life cycle (requirements definition, project approval, design, development, and implementation) and maintenance of the systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability across data operations.
  • Develop and implement robust data integration solutions to streamline data flow between diverse systems and databases.
  • Continuously optimize data workflows and automation processes to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Design and develop end-to-end data solutions utilizing modern technologies, including scripting languages, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

  • Leverage cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., Vertex AI, Azure ML) to build, train, and deploy machine learning models on a scale.
  • Establish and enforce data quality and governance standards for AI/ML datasets, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used for model training and validation.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand data requirements and deliver optimized data solutions that support the entire machine learning lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage and Alteryx is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $75,868 - $150,644. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.

Summary

How You'll Contribute:




The installation technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This position is the key field position for the bulk of the actual work that gets done in our clients buildings. The install tech needs to coordinate with project management, field superintendents and others to fully understand their role on specific projects. They interpret our drawing packages to create the basis of the finished systems. This installation can include displays, projectors, loudspeakers, microphones, equipment racks, etc. Will also provide advice and guidance to Associate Installation Technicians as necessary.



Location: Must live in the Washington DC - VA area.



What You'll Do:





  • Perform structured cabling installation: pull, terminate, label, and dress cables per project documentation and standards.

  • Complete physical installation and wiring of AV devices (displays, speakers, microphones, cameras, control interfaces, etc.).

  • Assemble, populate, and dress equipment racks with a high degree of workmanship and adherence to design documents.

  • Solder and terminate connectors according to project specifications and accepted industry practices.

  • Execute light physical construction tasks as required (e.g., blocking, mounting surfaces, hardware installation).

Complexity:




This level of technician will be responsible for performing tasks on clients job sites with little supervision. On smaller projects this position may be responsible for the coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors.




Decision Making Authority:




This position is often alone on the job sites and requires making good judgement about decisions that need to be made. In general the project manager and a site supervisor are available to answer questions. This position requires good diplomacy in working with our clients and other key stakeholders on the job sites.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee. The employee may be exposed to construction site conditions on a regular basis. Employee will be responsible for their safety while on job sites and to comply with all safety regulations in place by the GC. Use of PPE is usually required on job sites. The employee can typically spend at least 60% of their time on their feet and be required to mobile around the construction site. The employee must have the ability to occasionally climb ladders, use stairs and lift and/or move materials up to 40 pounds in construction areas. The individual is regularly required to use keyboards, test equipment and controls required for SI installation projects. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth vision. When not on construction sites, the employee will experience normal office conditions and be required to use office equipment such as computers, peripherals, etc.




Travel:




Frequent travel by car and occasional airplane trips are required. Employee must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence. Employee will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate. Local travel to job sites (within a 2 hour driving distance each way) will make up 70-90% usually but remote travel can be up to 30% of the job at times. 10% remote travel is required on a regular basis.

How You'll Contribute:



The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.



The DE collaborates with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed and is responsible for producing accurate drawings, layouts, and supporting documentation in accordance with project standards. The DE contributes to equipment selection and bill of materials development, subject to review and approval by senior engineering staff.



What You'll Do:





  • Contributor for complex engagements and works directly with Account Executives, clients, project teams and other DE's to develop specifications, designs, budgets, timelines and manage expectations.

  • Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the architecture, installation and planning of live performance solutions (concert audio, cinematic multi-cam, theatrical stage lighting, house lighting, production IT, intercom, etc).

  • Develop Faith and Performance project estimates, Bill of Materials (BOM), Bid Response submissions, and project agreements in partnership with the Sales Engineer and Proposal Manager

  • Create Sketchup Models that assist in communicating concepts to the client in the early steps of the sales engagement, as well as being used as the basis for other design deliverables through manufacturers such as loudspeaker systems, camera plots, and house lighting designs

  • DE may have client interaction and contribute to the P and L performance.

  • Project lifecycle is important and learning the standards our clients are comfortable with is just as important as selling new technology and solutions where they fit. The position bears the responsibility to assist in developing long lasting client partnerships alongside the Sales Engineers & work with team members to maintain the account on all levels.

  • Maintains expertise in the industry through ongoing review of trade publications, participation in industry trade shows, seminars and educational forums. May author articles and/or analyze trends.

The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.



The DE collaborates with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed and is responsible for producing accurate drawings, layouts, and supporting documentation in accordance with project standards. What You'll Do:

The QA (Produce) Intern plays a hands-on role in inspecting fresh produce and other perishable items to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with Wakefern standards.   • Proficiency in Cisco core routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and hardware (e.g., ISR, ASR series).
  • Experience with Aruba wired (switches) and wireless (APs, controllers, ClearPass) solutions.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Webex administration, including call control, QoS for real-time communication, and integration with enterprise networks.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in network engineering, with focus on Cisco, Aruba, and Webex technologies.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), or Cisco Webex certifications preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot under pressure


Working Conditions & Physical Demands

  • Availability to work a varied, flexible schedule to meet business demands
  • Ability to monitor computer screens for long periods of time
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule as established by the division (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
  • Available for off-hours support (remote and onsite)
  • Willingness to travel for infrastructure support
  • Ability to lift and install networking equipment
  • Comfortable running wiring in various environments
