JOB PURPOSE
The Assistant Manager, Fleet Strategy supports the growth and scalability of Honda and Acura’s Fleet and Mobility business by leading strategic initiatives, analytics, and process improvements. Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the physician, Physician Assistant incumbent performs medical diagnostic and treatment in the fields of primary care, reproductive health, eating disorders, and performs minor surgical care for California State University Long Beach (CSULB) students.
Furthermore, the incumbent provides services that are equitable, inclusive and provide culturally sensitive services that enhance the quality of campus life. This position uses a student centered and equity minded approach in all communication and service efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care for students with eating disorders. Performs intakes and assessments of students with diagnosed/undiagnosed eating disorders and/or disordered eating
- Provides primary & reproductive health care services. Adheres to the established hours of clinic operation by being on time and remaining on duty as scheduled unless approved by the Medical Director. Special activities may involve occasional coverage outside usual SHS hours.

Education and Experience
REQUIRED:
- Equivalent to an academic degree or certificate from an approved college or university-based physician assistant medical training program, and sufficient experience to independently perform the scope of practice identified for the position
- Experience in eating disorder management
- Occasional evening and/or weekends based on operational needs.
PREFERRED:
- Experience in both primary care and reproductive health strongly preferred
- Occasional coverage outside usual and customary SHS hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department?s fiscal resources.
CSU Classification Salary Range: The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $6,712- $12,952 per month.

Duration of Appointment
This is a temporary position for one year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
