Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Notary Public located in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The Notary Public will be responsible for notarizing legal documents, verifying the identity of document signers, witnessing signatures, and ensuring the proper execution of documents. Qualifications

• Certified Notary Public with knowledge of legal requirements and compliance
• Experience in legal document preparation and an understanding of document execution procedures
• Familiarity with family law and other legal areas related to notarial services
• Strong research skills and attention to detail for ensuring document accuracy and compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in San Juan Capistrano, CA, CA, with flexible availability for client appointments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling notary services
