Cancer Center is seeking 2 highly qualified medical oncologists - one general, focused on all disease types and one with an interest in sub-specializing in breast cancer - to serve Hospital's growing hematology and oncology services. Cancer Center s dedicated team of professionals provide compassionate and personalized cancer care to our community with state-of-the-art technology and exceptional talent. The program diagnoses and treats over 1700 new cancer cases annually across the system and includes a comprehensive complement of other cancer specialists including hematology/oncology, gynecologic oncology, fellowship trained breast surgeon, general surgeons, advanced plastic surgery, urologists, thoracic surgery, interventional oncology, neurosurgeons, and palliative care.
Supportive services include nurse navigators, dietitian, social worker, support groups. Hospital provides the most comprehensive, dedicated cancer care to the County and surrounding areas. The program is accredited by the Commission on Cancer, National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers, and the American College of Radiation Oncology. Research and clinical trials are also a large part of the program with a nationally recognized clinical trials department offering both cooperative and pharmaceutical research studies with over 37 active clinical trials open.

Position Overview
Oversee and direct operations of a surface aggregate production facility, including safety, personnel, production/inventory management, maintenance planning/forecasting (fixed plant equipment), and partial assumption of P&L responsibility.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure that all operations are in full compliance with federal and state regulations, including MSHA,ODNR, EPA, DEP, etc.
- Ensure compliance with The Shelly Company Manual of Safety Practices & Procedures.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and work rules, discipline when necessary and document employee performance issues.
- Enforce company safety rules and conduct safety meetings, including toolbox talks; ensure facilities are operating in a safe manner.
- Supervise and direct facility personnel to ensure proper placement of resources.
- Identify and resolve regulatory, safety, personnel, and production problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure interdepartmental reporting is completed satisfactorily (production reporting, fuel/hour meter readings, environmental/safety reporting, etc.)
- Communicate regularly with all supporting departments (Safety, Environmental, Equipment, Finance, Sales, HR, QC, etc.) and interpret needs to inform business decisions.
- Maintain constant awareness of financial standing of the facility and adapt forecasts to changing business conditions.
- Understand industry standards and best practices for managing a surface aggregate production facility including extraction methods, production strategies, fixed plant equipment operation and maintenance (conveyors, crushers, screeners, electrical systems, etc.).
- Accurately forecast production and maintenance activities as required.

The new neurosurgeon will join one other neurosurgeon and a team of experienced APPS who assist surgeons in the office and with hospital rounds. Position Summary:
The Service Desk Technician has primary responsibility to provide desktop support for a broad range of technologies and end-users across multiple areas of the business. This role responds to reported incidents, problems and requests with accuracy and in a timely fashion. The Service Desk Technician is responsible for answering IT requests via phone or email and provide solutions by explaining resolutions clearly and concisely to internal customers. This role will be working on-siteat our Home Office in Massillon, OH.
Essential Functions
· Provide first level technical support for store and home office personnel.
· Provide Workstation/Laptop support for store and home office personnel.
· Provide hardware support for stores and home office personnel (including but not limited to desktops, laptops, peripherals, multi-function printers, VoIP phones, tablets, and smartphones).
· Provide software support for critical and non-critical business applications for store and home office personnel.
· Provide user account support including provisioning, deprovision, and maintenance for network and application systems.
· Communicate with software/hardware vendors to resolve more complex issues.
· Track software/hardware licensing and support in IT Asset Management solution.
· Document and record all issues in IT Service Management solution (ITSM).
· Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or system administrators as needed.

Key Competencies:

Overview
Heinemann Saw is looking for a driven, technically savvy Outside Sales Representative to represent Heinemann Saw and Lennartz cutting tools. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined sales professional who thrives in industrial environments and enjoys building long-term customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities, expanding demand within existing accounts, and serving as a trusted partner to production end users, distributors, and agency representatives. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across a diverse, multi-state territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and agency partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term, sustainable accounts.
- Grow and expand existing accounts by identifying new applications and demand opportunities.
- Partner closely with internal teams to develop solutions and successfully close sales.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and provide hands-on technical support to end users.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations aligned to customer needs, applications, and production goals.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to visit customers and attend meetings, with 30–60% overnight travel required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment; experience with cutting tools or metalworking products is strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, adjust, or troubleshoot industrial machinery.
- Proven experience working with distributors and agency representatives in a B2B sales environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, customer service mindset, and presentation capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing a large, multi-state sales territory independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience required.
- Associate degree in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field is a plus.
- Prior technical training in metals, metallurgy, or cutting tools preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, ERP systems, and databases.
- AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Summary:
The Staff Nurse provides nursing care requiring specialized knowledge judgment and skill derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social and nursing sciences.
Responsibilities:
1. Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and directs nursing care with a focus on family centered care for individuals or groups of patients within the assigned scope of practice.
2. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age and developmental status is required.
