Role Overview
Washington Shoe Company has an opening for a Footwear Designer with strong experience in sneakers, outdoor adventure footwear, and performance-driven design. - This position is required to support field personnel and service our customers on projects. Depending on project requirements this may require full time presence on the site and in some cases, presence before and after the project scheduled hours. Flexibility on hours and location of work is dependent on project requirements as determined by your supervisor.
- This position requires the ability to walk and maintain balance over rough, icy, or muddy ground, climb stairs and ladders, work safely at heights without fear, and to work effectively while exposed to the weather for long periods.
Education:
Four-year University degree, preferably in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
