Position Summary
As the Administrative Manager, you will oversee a team of office assistants, ensure seamless operations across the organization, and collaborate with various departments and external vendors to maintain optimal office functionality. You will also take an active role in developing policies and reviewing basic contracts to support organizational compliance and success.
We’re seeking a full-time Administrative Manager for our Bellevue corporate office.
Job Responsibilities
- Serving as the liaison between executives and internal/external partners
- Lead, mentor, and provide direction to a team of office assistants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Partner with other departments across the organization to support operational alignment and achieve overarching business goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers (e.g., office supplies, contractors) to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee cross-functional administrative projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget and according to organizational goals.
- Provide scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangement assistance for key executives or leadership.
- Assist in reviewing and maintaining basic vendor agreements and contracts within the scope of office operations. Draft, revise, and implement office policies to enhance workplace efficiency and compliance.
- Direct and optimize daily office operations, including supplies management, office space allocation, compliance adherence, and budget oversight.
- Identify gaps in administrative workflows and implement solutions to drive greater organizational efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and company initiatives across teams and departments.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of combined experience in project management, executive assistance, administrative operations, or equivalent roles.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team in a professional setting.
- Experience working with external vendors, managing contracts, or overseeing service agreements.
- Proficiency in office software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.

Pay
$73,200.00 min. – $113,700.00 max annually.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Must have success rate with closing accounts (both import and export) within the Asian markets.
- Actively seeks out and develops new customers. Must be able to acquire at least two new accounts per month that result in repetitive business.

Position Summary
The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is a highly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous guide to the world of Rishi Tea & Botanicals responsible for building strong partnerships with new and existing customers within their assigned territory by delivering best-in-class customer service and effectively managing the order lifecycle for these customers. Poised to have frequent communications with the region’s customers, The RAM will play a critical role in supporting sales initiatives with customers, and ensuring customer feedback and insights are captured, documented, and shared with the Regional Sales Manager, and/or the Territory Sales Executive supporting the account. In addition to managing the order lifecycle, the RAM will support the several aspects of the account management activities and database upkeep, such as setting up new customers in our ERP system, and supporting customer sample orders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilites
- Embody the Rishi mission: To be the authoritative, vanguard practitioner of tea and botanical arts
- Deliver a consistent, exceptional level of Customer Service to new and existing customers
- Own the Order lifecycle and tangential information to process wholesale and distributor orders within assigned territory:
-Enter into ERP wholesale and distributor orders and provide customer confirmation within 24 hours of receipt.
-Inform customers of any known OOS items, manage the backorder process for those items, inform customers of estimated back in stock dates, and suggest available substitutions
-If unexpected OOS items are removed from sales orders at time of fulfillment, reach out to the customer to communicate through the backorder process
-Coach customers on our wholesale guidelines for order minimums and free shipping thresholds, and upsell curated suggestions to present options for the customer to reach those thresholds
-Update customers with order ETA and shipment tracking information
-Respond and advise customers on questions relating to product availability, in stock status, product ingredients, customer specific pricing or wholesale pricing
-Coordinate with finance team and Regional Sales Manager prior to releasing orders with any past due balances, or if the entered order would exceed customer credit limit
-Collect LTL (Less than Truck Load) customer receiving requirement information and keep BC and LTL forms accurately updated to reflect this information
-Coordinate order updates with fulfillment and any other necessary parties
- Support the customer lifecycle for new and existing customers:
-Collect wholesale customer applications and set up accounts in company ERP system (Business Central.)
-Field and support customer calls within territory
-Under advisement from the Regional Sales Manager, support upselling activities, and consultative menu design for wholesale customers
-Support market research to identify customer trends, competitive threats, or potential prospective customers, as requested by the Regional Sales Manager
-Occasional in market support and regional travel with the Regional Team or Marketing Team to support pop up customer events, tastings or tradeshows
- As assigned in periods of e-commerce sales or high call volume, support scheduled shifts to answer and support consumers who call into rishi customer service line
- Be the voice of and often the customers first impression of Rishi
- Accurately and efficiently transact orders received by email, voice, fax, or order portal
- Accurately modify or cancel orders; communicate order changes to relevant parties
- Work successfully with other departments to ensure the customer’s requests and/or concerns are accurately addressed (fulfillment, accounting, compliance, sales, R&D)
- Understand the needs and time sensitivities of VIP and high touch customers
- Must adhere to all food safety protocols as required by Rishi Tea's food safety management system, as they relate to this position

What you will do
As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing Cosentino’s product awareness, acceptance, and sales to the contract design & commercial and residential segments for both interior and exterior applications.
You will actively identify, pursue, and increase sales and brand loyalty by calling on architects, designers, fabricators, developers, and related contractors while coordinating and collaborating with other members of the Cosentino Sales Team. Going more granular, you will work on different fronts:
Sales:
- Create short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, new property owners, and services providers to gain specifications and sales of work surfaces, flooring, interior cladding, and exterior facades.
- Execute sales plans created within agreed-upon timelines from the customer or Cosentino Management.
- Manage own sales budget and maintains discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Business Development
- Promote the organization’s products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
- Actively represent and promote Cosentino to the community through hosting and attendance of local chapter events for ASID, IIDA & AIA along with other targeted associations.
- Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and property management firms involved with new development or renovation work for existing building interiors and exteriors.
Account Management:
- Maintain the accurate relationship, product placement & project details with updated developments within the project management database (Salesforce CRM).
- Manage and communicate in a timely manner across all parties to ensure successful sales implementation of programs including updating sales collateral, product technical data, and information, samples, mockups, and proposals.
- Coordinate with Cosentino Account Managers, business partners, fabricators, and installation contractors to ensure the successful realization of local project execution.
Business Intelligence:
- Commit to continual learning and knowledge of Cosentino Surfacing Products, the proper application, and specification requirements along with the fabrication and installation process to ensure proper use and overall customer satisfaction.

Wage Range:
The salary for this position ranges between $95K-105K base salary+ Bonus.
