The opportunityMichelin North America, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Tire Technician for Solideal Onsite Service. Together with our numerous partners worldwide, we offer customized services to meet the maintenance requirements of forklift fleets, ensuring safe operations and maximized uptime.

Mechanical experience is preferred, but expertise isn't required. We will provide training for any skills required.
Must be 21 years or older.

This position is for day shift (start times may vary), 8-hour shifts with overtime available after 40 hours.
As a Forklift Tire Technician, you will give input for customer service and operational improvement. You will continuously improve the knowledge of our products and services and assume full ownership of the position function, with understanding of the role in relation to the success of the Service Center.
Must be able to pass a urine drug screen and DOT physical as a condition of an offer of employment, subject to ADA and reasonable accommodation process. Must be able to pass background check at an appropriate stage consistent with state law as a condition of an offer of employment.
What you'll do- In-house and onsite installation of forklift and other material handling tires using a hydraulic tire press.
- Dismount, mount tires, and service the customer product as specified by the customer order.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure cleanliness of all equipment including service vehicles.
- Report to the Service Manager immediately any material that does not meet quality standards, equipment that requires maintenance, delays at customer sites, potential issues with customer equipment before servicing, accidents or concerns about safety or other potential hazards.
- Job requires regular bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching movements, and standing for prolonged periods.
- A "high school diploma" or equivalent experience.
- A valid driver's license.
- A dedication to prioritize personal safety and the safety of others.
- Punctuality and effective time management skills.
- A strong attention to detail, initiative, and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds required, with lift-assist available IE; forklift, Lift table, Lift Gate etc.
- Effective communication with customers on a professional level.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) software applications and ERP system are a plus, but not required.
- In a Tobacco-free environment, including alternatives (vaping).
- In a service vehicle exposed to various noises and hot/cold conditions at customer locations (indoor/outdoor).

We’re seeking a strategic and driven Account Manager to work with current accounts. This individual will play a critical role in expanding new lines of business, navigating complex delivery ecosystems, and helping shape the future of our presence in the Seattle market.
This is not a reactive role. We’re looking for someone who generates demand, builds credibility with stakeholders, and actively drives conversations outside of the procurement flow. Success here means creating new opportunities, not just filling existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers inside accounts
- Proactively identify new business opportunities by navigating beyond the VMS and procurement layers
- Understand and influence complex client org charts to uncover new demand before it hits the VMS
- Manage MSP/VMS workflows (Beeline, Fieldglass) and align with client scorecard metrics
- Own pipeline development, outreach cadence, and strategic follow-up with support from offshore recruiting
- Partner with internal delivery leads to ensure accurate prioritization and fill rate success
Requirements:
- 5+ years in IT staffing, consulting services, or subcontractor sales
- Demonstrated success creating new demand inside large/enterprise accounts – not just managing existing req flow
- Strong understanding of MSP/VMS environments (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) and how to work around their constraints to uncover hidden opportunities
- Ability to speak confidently with senior stakeholders on technical needs
- Experience partnering with offshore recruiting teams
- Organized, accountable, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment

Key Responsibilities
Programming & Documentation
- Develop optimized NC code for 3-axis, 5-axis, and mill-turn operations
- Create detailed setup sheets with tooling, fixturing, and work offset information
- Generate simulation files to verify programs before release to production
- Deliver complete manufacturing packages ready for floor execution
Fixture & Workholding Design
- Design custom fixtures and workholding solutions for complex parts
- Optimize workholding strategies for efficiency and part quality
- Collaborate with machinists on fixture implementation and refinement
Process Optimization
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for optimal performance
- Balance cycle time reduction with tool life and part quality
- Support prototype-to-production transitions with scalable programming solutions
Collaboration & Support

Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
