Job Summary:

Our ideal Proposal Coordinator assists with the development, coordination, and production of deliverables in support of Marketing and Branding/Creative Services for the department as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Support the response and production of deliverables (RFQs & RFPs) for project pursuits.
- Maintain accurate Work in Progress data and prepare relevant lists specific to project pursuits.
- Maintain accurate Recently Completed Project data and prepare relevant lists specific to project pursuits.
- Support the collection and management of resume data for current employees and prepare project specific resumes for project pursuits.
- Help collect, update, and maintain data on Project Information Sheets and prepare Project Splash Sheets for specific project pursuits.
- Attend conferences and industry events as requested to represent the firm
- Support the preparation and creation of proposal elements including, narratives, graphics, infographics, site logistics plans, and photography.
- Help the Sales Team access critical marketing data about relevant staff and project experience.
- Support the input and management of data in our CRM Software
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, & Excel) and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite of products (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
- All other duties as assigned.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Litigation Associate who can hit the ground running on complex aviation and tort cases. This is a true case‐handling role for an attorney who can own files, supervise junior lawyers, and work directly with sophisticated clients in a lean, high‐expectation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as lead or second‐chair counsel on complex aviation and other civil defense matters in federal and state courts.
- Develop and execute case strategy, including early case assessment, motion planning, and trial preparation.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions and key evidentiary motions (including summary judgment, Daubert/expert challenges, and motions in limine).
- Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and fact witnesses; prepare company and airline witnesses for testimony.

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY
The Anesthesia Technician will report to the Director of Perioperative Services and work under the supervision of the Surgery Charge Nurse and the Anesthesiologist/CRNA. He/she will be responsible for preparing equipment and supplies needed for the provision of anesthesia care service as required by all patients undergoing surgery and/ or other procedure. Job Summary:
Budlong is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager to strengthen our MEP project delivery and coordination workflows. This role will work closely with internal engineering teams and offshore partners to ensure high-quality BIM execution, efficient coordination, and consistent processes across projects.
This is a hands-on, coordination-focused role with strong influence on design quality, collaboration, and BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
BIM Coordination & Project Support
- Lead BIM coordination for MEP projects across design and construction phases
- Manage clash detection, coordination meetings, and issue resolution
- Work closely with HVAC, Plumbing/FP, and Electrical engineers to align design intent with BIM models
- Review BIM models for quality, constructability, and compliance with standards
Standards, Processes & QA/QC
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, templates, and best practices
- Review models and drawings produced by internal and offshore teams
- Ensure consistency across projects and disciplines
- Support continuous improvement of BIM workflows and processes
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the key point of contact between:
- US engineering teams
- Offshore BIM/engineering teams
- External consultants and contractors
- Participate in regular coordination and design review meetings
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and priorities to project teams
Technology & Tools
- Support the adoption of new BIM tools, automation, and coordination workflows
- Assist in evaluating and implementing process enhancements related to BIM and digital delivery
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in BIM coordination or BIM management (MEP-focused)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Autodesk Revit (MEP)
- Navisworks (Manage)
- Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction workflows
- Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with offshore/global delivery teams
- Familiarity with US codes and construction practices
- Exposure to large or complex commercial/institutional projects
- Interest in BIM automation, standardization, or digital transformation
