**Responsibilities
** * Represent cannabis clients in corporate and commercial transactions, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, and commercial agreements
* Draft and negotiate operating agreements, shareholder agreements, contracts, and other core corporate documents
* Lead transactions and manage deal execution from structuring through close
* Conduct due diligence and risk assessments specific to cannabis-related transactions
* Stay current on federal, state, and local cannabis laws and regulatory developments
* Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas and industry professionals to deliver integrated legal solutions
**Qualifications
** * 5 to 8 years of experience in cannabis law, corporate law, or commercial transactions
* Direct cannabis law experience or a demonstrated, credible interest in the cannabis industry
* Experience serving as lead attorney on multiple corporate or business transactions
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
