The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, using MasterCAM software, to drive our cutting-edge manufacturing processes.

This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, a passion for precision, and a deep understanding of fixture design.

Responsibilities: 1.

Develop and optimize CNC programs using MasterCAM for various machines to maximize efficiency and productivity.

2.

Design and implement custom fixtures to hold workpieces during machining operations.

3.

Collaborate with the production team and engineers to determine optimal machining strategies and sequences.

4.

Perform regular testing and inspection of CNC programs to ensure they meet design specifications.

5.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machining.

6.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

7.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.

8.

Ensure all CNC machines are operating at peak performance and that routine maintenance is carried out.

9.

Provide training and support to machine operators and other staff as needed.

Qualifications: 1.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

2.

Proficiency in MasterCAM or equivalent software.

3.

Experience in fixture design and implementation.

4.

Strong understanding of machining principles and manufacturing processes.
