LIMS Developer / Administrator Job Summary:
LIMS administrator supports our laboratory operations using LabVantage’s laboratory informatics platform. You will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the LabVantage LIMS system, as well as providing user training, troubleshooting, and technical support. You will also work closely with the LabVantage team and other stakeholders to ensure the system meets the business needs and regulatory requirements.
LIMS Developer / Administrator Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the LabVantage LIMS system, including master data, workflows, reports, instrument interfaces, external application integration, security, and validation
- Provide user training, troubleshooting, and technical support for the LabVantage LIMS system
- Collaborate with the LabVantage team and other stakeholders to understand the business requirements and implement solutions using the LabVantage LIMS platform

Navy commissioned physicians attend to service members and their families in much the same way a civilian doctor would. Our client, a growing food company, is seeking a Commissary Operations & Distribution Manager to lead production and operational performance for a centralized food manufacturing facility supporting national distribution. This leadership role oversees large-scale food production, ensuring consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities and Goals:
- Lead daily operations of a centralized food production facility, including production scheduling, staffing, and equipment management.
- Ensure consistent product quality while maintaining strict compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee inventory management, product flow, and distribution coordination to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Maintain and enforce food safety programs including HACCP plans, sanitation procedures, and regulatory documentation.
- Manage budgeting and operational KPIs including labor, food cost, and productivity metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality systems, and operational performance.
- Lead, develop, and motivate operations teams while promoting a strong culture of accountability, safety, and collaboration.
Competencies Needed for Success:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in large-scale food production, food manufacturing, or commissary operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations including FSMA, USDA, FDA, and HACCP-based systems.
- Experience managing high-volume food production environments with national distribution networks.
- Strong operational leadership, team development, and performance management skills.
- Experience managing operational KPIs including labor, food cost, and productivity metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field preferred.

Position Summary
The Office Manager ensures seamless daily operations of the workplace environment, overseeing reception, facilities coordination, vendor management, travel, and executive-level operational support. This role serves as a trusted operational partner to the Sr. Director of Executive Operations and leadership team, ensuring a professional, organized, and efficient office experience. The Office Manager collaborates cross-functionally with all departments, and department leaders to drive operational excellence across workplace services and corporate support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet visitors and manage front desk reception area
- Issue and track visitor and employee temporary badges
- Address customer service inquiries and coordinate resolution with appropriate departments
Mail & Shipping Operations
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail and packages
- Process outgoing mail and shipments
- Maintain mailroom organization as well as USPS and UPS supply inventory
Conference Room & Meeting Support
- Manage conference room scheduling and readiness
- Ensure conference rooms are clean, organized, and properly configured
- Partner with IT to resolve conference room and ELT technology issues
- Coordinate meeting support for ELT and leadership sessions as needed
Office Operations & Facilities Coordination
- Maintain office, lobby, breakroom, and common areas
- Order and manage office, breakroom, and janitorial supplies
- Coordinate cleaning services and address vendor issues (e.g., Jani-King)
- Work with facilities team to resolve office and building concerns
- Maintain office seating and organizational charts
- Create and update cubicle and office name tags
Vendor & Equipment Management
- Serve as primary liaison for office vendors and contractors
- Manage and maintain office equipment; partner with IT as needed
- Track service requests and ensure timely follow-through and resolution
Administrative Support & Special Functions
- Coordinate Outfitter travel logistics as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office administration, reception, or office management
- Travel coordination experience with platforms, such as Navan or Concur
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience coordinating vendors and service providers preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
